Daniel stayed up late reading her journals, part him felt guilty for reading someone's personal thought, but the other part was intrigued by her life. He wondered if his mom had some of the same thoughts when she was sick. He snorted a pea sized pile of dope and stretched out on his bed. "Live from New York, it's Saturday night" was announced through the TV. The host was Madonna, Daniel didn’t really follow the show but knew this was a rerun. She wore a fur boa and a dark blue hooded sweater. "Thank you, and Daniel..." Daniel thought he heard his name on TV. He looked at the screen and Madonna was smiling "don't do anything foolish Daniel" Daniel blinked and Madonna was holding a large white poster that said "Madonna's Wedding, BYOB" on it. He figured he dreamt it then wondered if the girl from the cemetery was real too. The dope he snorted was stronger than usual. Instead of making him feel normal he had that warm blanket sensation that strong opiates give you. His nose itched but he felt like he was in heaven.
