Malcolm X was a civil rights activist who fought and worked to get rights for African Americans and most significantly, Muslim-Americans. During the Civil Rights Movement, Malcolm X held gatherings to embrace a movement that he highly believed in accomplishing for “his” people. Malcolm X was a hero in the eyes of many because he fought for the civil rights of African Americans and changed the perception of Americans on the Muslim religion as well as promoting peace for all. However, he fought for the welfare of both Muslims and African Americans, Malcolm X had a very aggressive approach to achieving equality for them.

Is it too late for her to avoid this catastrophe?”(“Malcolm X God’s”) The U.S discriminated against Blacks and different ethnicities such as Asians, Muslims ETC… We gave those races very tough times, but mostly was for the protection of the U.S during times of war when civil liberties aren't looked at the same way anymore. Malcolm X was at the point where not one thing would get in the way of accomplishing his goal for civil liberties that the Muslims and Blacks should have been granted since day 1 but spent 245 years serving the white race as slaves. Malcolm X was one of a few who stood up against the fight for the rights he believed should be granted to “his people”.White America should be asking herself: "What does God want for these twenty-two million ex-slaves?" Who will make White America know what God wants? Who will present God's plan to White America? He went on to call all of the white race “devils” because “his people” weren’t getting the rights that should’ve be given to them regardless and are granted to them as alienable rights along with their U.S citizenship. In a famous speech he states that he was willing to do anything to achieve his goal of civil liberties. We see a side of Malcolm X that seems as if he is ready to kill and takeover the world to get the rights deserved. Malcolm X promoted peace but we do not transpire the same message he was trying to send, if peace was his message. “But before God can set up his new world, the Muslim world, or world of Islam, which will be established on the principles to truth, peace, and brotherhood, God himself must first destroy this evil Western world, the white world...a wicked world, ruled by a race of devils, that preaches falsehood, practices slavery, and thrives on indecency and immorality.”(Malcolm X God’s) Peace was not the message he delivered to his listeners, rather than to obliterate the white race one by one. “White America is doomed!
