In summary, marketing is very important for a business to achieve success. Many businesses have a difficult time in this area. With the stiff competition, businesses struggle to stand out among others. Other companies resort in unethical and unfair schemes just to win the competition. But eventually find themselves in great loss and failure. As businesses all over the world enter into a gigantic marketplace, every business owner is faced with convoluted market competition. Nevertheless, any entrepreneur can be different and become successful in this matter. In every product sold and in every service provided, patience and hard work should take precedence to ensure quality. Products and services should be marketed honestly, planning should not be done with evil
The best way to serve as a role model at workplace is to either have a clear, defined and organised work method and interact successfully with colleagues at all levels. For example a good role model will always organise his work by setting goals, managing time effectively and sharing his personal experience with others, he will also encourage them.
The common public goal of the marketing discourse is to attract attention from targeted audiences, in other words make the consumer buy, buy, and buy. In order to achieve these goals I have to execute different marketing strategies with the help of the staff and company executives. Together we brainstorm different marketing trends, design different kinds of ads; analyze social media for more effective ways of advertising and calculate risks based on customer insight. When all is done right the end goal will result an increase of sales revenue for the company, which will sharpen its image and name.
Personal values and professional values run parallel in the social work field. Recognizing and managing your personal values while working with clients is an important task. Concentrating on your professional values is required for a social worker to assist her client to the best of her ability. During my internship there have been a number of cases that I have had to practice managing my personal values.

It will also be shown how the coffee giant had lost its lead in market share and then recovered it in the mid 1990’s. We will explore how now that Folgers is being operated by Smuckers, the coffee giant has used some clever marketing schemes.
I would advise the CEO that to better serve the company’s desire we would start with a strategic plan by setting goals and objectives. It would be best to elicit the opinions of every staff member on how they feel about the company’s goal. After listening to the staff opinions on how best to implement the goals, a plan is to be put in place detailing the steps by steps on how to achieve each tasks. I would emphasize to the CEO the importance of setting goals and communicating them effectively to the staff members, especially those who will be the managers. Additionally, the CEO is to consider the needs of each individual in the company. It is important to address both the task and the needs of the employees ( Phillips & Gully, 2014).

Mariotti & Glackin (2013) provide that development of marketing strategy and competitive advantage is from the "Four P's". The "Four P's" include product, price, promotion, and place. This paper further outlines each of the "Four P's". Mariotti& Glackin (2013) recommend continually referring to the mission statement and vision statement while developing the marketing strategy. This reference helps to build the marketing strategy and form the core competency for the business. The first part of the business plan, the mission and vision statements, are stated below:
Whereas the mission defines the scope of a business or business unit and the goals define its strategic performance dimensions, its business unit competencies determine the means for achieving success.
