INTRODUCTION

Reports communicate information which has been accumulated as a result of thorough research and an analysis of data and of issues. Reports can cover an extensive range of topics, but generally focus on conveying information with a clear purpose, to a particular audience. Good reports are objective, accurate and complete. It should be clearly structured and well-written, and expressed in a way that will hold the reader 's attention while meeting their expectations. A report is often structured to reflect the information finding process as well as the writing up of these findings: that is, introduction or background, summary of the contents, methods, results, discussion, recommendations and conclusion. The addition of recommendations is one reason why reports are a common method of writing in industry, as the informed recommendations are valuable for decision making.
This report will cover the management practices of the Coca Cola Company, including its mission, value and vision statement, stakeholders, C.E.O’s, and a SWOT analysis. It will also cover the marketing management area of the Coca Cola Company with a main focus on the 4 P’s of marketing, and include information from the area of operations management of the Coca Cola Company, including the production practices and sustainability practices.
