Meanwhile, I also learn to effectively communicate information and arguments mainly in written form. I have chosen three companies that had undergone managerial decision. They are Tesco, Coca-cola and last but not the least AIA-ING. Tesco’s managerial decision is under Human Resource Management, Coca-cola is under Marketing Management and AIA-ING is under Operation Management.
