I am very excited to apply for a Co-op position with Manning Elliott this summer. I knew I wanted to become an accountant in my senior year of high school. I attended a guest lecture from a CPA for my accounting 11 course to learn more about the career path. That lecture taught me a very important lesson: that accountants are not boring number crunchers. Accounting is actually a dynamic career that allows a person to continuously grow and develop. They work in teams and have excellent personable skills. I have been a numbers person from the start, but the logic, analysis and application of concepts is what attracted me to this profession. Manning Elliott is a firm with an incredible culture and passionate employees. At the Midsize Firm networking event I was able to connect with Tianyi Chen, where we discussed our hiking adventures over the summer. Mr. Chen was easy to get along with and he answered all of my questions honestly. What stood out to me, was when he mentioned having his colleague, Ian as a best man at his wedding over the summer. That truly goes to show how employees of Manning Elliott are great people and very effective at making lasting relationships. The firm has a …show more content…

I believe that I am an above average applicant that has a lot of important key traits to offer to the server. As I previously stated, I want to provide a unique experience for all players that will better their playing experience and outlook on the network as a whole. My common interests tie in with the rest of the community and staff team, which are to continue to make each map better and bigger, and to develop a long-lasting network. I am a dedicated player of the network, and I wouldn't mind having to work hard to think of new ideas that could be implemented into the network, or global concerns that should be addressed ASAP.
My interest in this position is propelled by my desire to expand my career into NCAA Division I athletics. I believe that this position would be well suited for me to make such a transition
As I first joined the Prince George’s Tennis and Education Foundation tennis team, I was extremely pleased with the environment. I was met with friendly individuals and warm personalities from my peers and coaches alike. The coaches were exceptionally supportive, and I maintained a healthy, competitive relationship with my peers. Athletically, the PGTEF coaches were devoted to assisting the members of the team in comprehending

In the collegiate level, I want the position Director of Player Personnel and Student Relations. I find that it would be a great spot for me after college and being a general assistant. For me to meet my needs and requirements I will interview Troy Kema and find out the path he took and what it takes to get where he is. I will be talking about the interview and general information that

As you’ll see in my attached resume, my most recent job was a program administration role with the New York City Leadership Academy. (I left that job in January to travel through Asia and Eastern Europe.) In that position, I managed processes and logistics for the coaching program, which pairs retired public school principals with current first-year principals throughout the city. A large part of my job was to support the coaches, effectively providing customer service. On a daily basis I fielded emails and phone calls, helping coaches to locate a tool or overcome a technical challenge. I enjoyed helping the coaches find an answer to whatever problems they encountered and I’d be excited to do the same for Catchafire’s customers. At NYCLA, I also had the chance to observe coaches in the field and provide practical, actionable feedback they could integrate into their coaching. I loved the process of observing a coach at work, finding his unique strength and then helping him to see ways he could leverage that strength. I like

Having the power or ability to lead and encourage others is one of my strongest traits, being a director of athletics is occupation I’m selecting because I can provide visionary leadership, and pursuit excellence in academic and athletic aspirations. A collegiate Athletic director (AD) provides guidance
Until I met Cecil Bykerk, my step grandpa, I had little to no clue what an actuary did or even what they were. My interest for this job was very slim and I had the mindset that I wanted to be a doctor. After working with Cecil over the summer as a preteen, my curiosity shot through the roof. When you combine my love for math and the joy I have for working with strangers to solve problems, an actuary is the perfect fit. Whenever someone asks me what I want to do with my life, I feel really happy to share that I want to be an actuary.
I have a diverse customer service background that includes leadership and management roles. As a Member Service Manager for Fairwinds Credit Union- the largest credit union in Central Florida- I managed a team of eight member service representatives in assisting banking customers with achieving their financial goals. In May of 2013 I was presented with an opportunity as an administrative intern for Orlando Pilates and Massage, a small business in Central Florida. I assisted the owner in managing various projects and researching efficient ways to reduce overhead costs and generate new clientele within the community. As a result, the owner launched her business expansion in January 2014 and I was promoted to an Operations Manager. This role gave
