ABSTRACT Do you really know MANUEL L. QUEZON??? Well, I think almost people know him as the “Father of the Philippine National Language” and we always see him in a twenty pesos bill. But who is the real Manuel L. Quezon in the history of the Philippines??? Well to know him more, I spend a lot of time to gain more information about him by searching in the internet and reading books and I found out many interesting things about him.

As the result of my research I found out that Manuel Luis Quezón y Molina (August 19, 1878 – August 1, 1944) served as president of the Commonwealth of the Philippines from 1935 to 1944. Berry, an influential American lawyer and publisher. However, he resigned as fiscal of Tayabas in November 1904 and instead went into private practice from 1904 to 1906. Convinced that the only way to independence was through cooperation with the United States, he ran for governor of Tayabas province in 1905.
On July 13, 1906, the Supreme Court found in the case of U.S. vs. Querijero (G.R. No. L-2626) that at the time Quezon's father and brother were killed the perpetrators were “soldiers in the insurrection against Spain and that it was committed by order of a superior officer and for the purposes of the revolution”.

II. METHOD To gain knowledge about Manuel L. Quezon, I browse the internet and search lot of things about him. I search about his biography, his contribution to our country and his achievements as the president of the Philippines and other related topics about him. To have additional information about Manuel L. Quezon I decided to read books. After collecting all the information that I have, I summarize them and get ready for the typing.
