“I don’t try to imagine a personal God; it suffices to stand in awe at the structure of the world, insofar as it allows our inadequate senses to appreciate it.” -Mark Twain Mark Twain is whom I would claim to pay homage to in regards to what my beliefs are. I concluded, approximately a year, or two, ago, that there are too many inconsistent thoughts distinguishing my own sensible perception of the world and what my reality is, and this inherent capacity for any type of deity. Mark Twain struggled with certain elements of organized religion and especially Christianity through his later life. Foremost, it does not mean I have contended war upon those who choose to believe. I would even go as far to say that I am optimistic, in the sense of, if I knew more about every religion, every faith, and the intricate details of each, I could perhaps conform to the belief of a religion, but where I am, today, I can’t say I do believe, or follow any form of religion. All I can say, and offer, as my own opinion, is, regardless of your faith, perhaps consider what non-belief means and why this way of living should be
