Marketing strategy of Azercell
It is very important for every business to have a marketing strategy. It’s the important tool to attract customers to buy yours product or service. The main aim of marketing strategy is to be sure that your relationship with your customers is strong and long-term, you’ll make a profit on this relationship and, of course, that your product meet the need of customers. Marketing strategy of the company should be flexible, in order to be persistent to the changes in demand of people. 
Each company has its own marketing strategy that is focused on its customer’s wants and needs. In this research, I would like to examine Azercell’s marketing strategy.
Azercell Telecom LLC was founded by Turkcell and Ministry of Communications of Azerbaijan Republic in January 19, 1996. Azercell has four main marketing strategies:
1. More service – Azercell established first call center that operates 24/7. It’s very useful for each user of Azercell, because the problem can occur in any time, and having 24/7 call center can solve a problem whenever the problem happens.
Also, Azercell is the first telecommunication company that meet international quality standard ISO 9001-2000. It also holds Certificate of IIP (Investors in People) and EN15838 (European standard guaranteeing a high level of customer service) international standards. These certificates prove how qualitative service Azercell gives to its consumers.
In addition, because most people use its services, Azercell has the largest sales network in Azerbaijan.
2. More innovations – Azercell is first GSM operator in Azerbaijan. It firstly launched prepaid system SimSim, and firstly provided SimSim users with roaming service.
