Another strong advantage for us could be the aspect of environmentalism. We could use eco-friendly and healthier cleaning products, which will not intoxicate the air within the homes in addition to biodegradable supplies. A source that we used is “Gain New Perspectives in Improving Guidelines and Practices”, by Chinnes (2006) who speaks about different product materials and disinfectants. Which would apply very well to our cleaning service. However, we felt the two sources we picked, best fitted our product and would aid us more in finding how to give the customer more value, at the same time as speaking about being “green”. 2.0 Macro-environmental Impact No matter how productive, efficient and determined our company is, there will always be larger forces that influence the business. These forces all together are known as the macro-environment. The macro-environment is split into six categories of forces: demography, economics, natural, technological, political and cultural. Demographic Forces The demographic force is controlled by human populations in terms of different subgroups; size, age, gender, occupation, location and density. The reason this is of such importance to the marketer is because it involves statistics on the consumer community.
