Have you ever wanted to be part of Martin Luther King J.R walk and help fight for freedom and the rights of African American, well Rosa Parks did fight for her rights, did you know that she was beaten and was put into jail for not giving up her seat to a white man. Rosa Parks was born February 4, 1913, in Tuskegee, Alabama. Rosa Parks parents separated when she was two years old, But that didn’t stop her from doing what she wanted in life. After her parents separated she went with her mom and then they moved to her grandmother’s farm. Rosa Parks was home schooled until she was Eleven years old.
