Mary Surratt was guilty for many reasons…... Mary Surratt should have not been executed, but imprisoned. Mary Surratt was guilty because she was a part of Abraham Lincoln’s kidnapping plot along with being untruthful. Mary Surratt was a part of Abraham Lincoln’s kidnapping plot.
