The title of the movie is Mastermind directed by Jared Hess was inspired by a true event, the biggest heist in American history (IMDB). Mastermind is a comedy movie, but very informative about the heist. The director recreated the biggest heist in history that happened in October 1997, a worker of Loomis Fargo, an armored van for banks; stole seventeen million dollars and fled the country leaving the money to strangers. The most senseless criminal in history (Alexander). The Mastermind is a movie about the largest heist in American history, it’s funny, informative and family friendly while the accuracy of the movie is questionable. Moreover, in the movie Ghantt (Zach Galifianakis) works for Loomis Fargo as a guard, Ghantt have the biggest crush on his coworker, Kelly Campbell (Kristen Wiig). There were scenes in the movie that are unreal because this movie is based on a true story. The scene in Mastermind, Mickey was preparing to make his next move but Ghantt distracts him. Mickey got frustrated, but Ghantt manages to tell Mickey his name. Mickey reconciles with Ghantt because he’s been missing his twin brother, but Ghantt doesn’t understand the idea. Ghantt and his assassin became friends because the assassin couldn’t commit to a crime (Alexander). According to Williams from an original article, Kelly was married who had kids, the movie reenacted Kelly’s character as flirtatious and single. Ghantt’s character had strong emotions and feelings towards Kelly, and he still loved her after she confessed about
Ned Kelly (2003), directed by Gregor Jordan and starring Heath Ledger (Ned Kelly) and Orlando Bloom, is the film interpretation of the legendary story of the Kelly gang. As this is a film, not a documentary, it is only moderately historically accurate. The three key events in this story in which Jordan has attempted to maintain the truth to a reasonable extent are the incident with Constable Fitzpatrick, the shooting of Aaron Sherritt and the Glenrowan shootout. However, there is also one major aspect of the film where Jordan has not endeavoured to uphold historical accuracy, and that is Ned Kelly’s love life. As the very purpose of a feature film is to entertain an audience, there is only a limited potential to which
“Men and women can't be friends, because sex always gets in the way”, is the main theme of the movie “When Harry met Sally”. The script is a good example of the interpersonal communication ten stage model by Mark Knapp. This developmental model entails the stages of a relationship from it’s infancy to an ending. In the movie we can clearly identify all ten stages of this model.
Trainspotting presents an ostensible image of fractured society. The 1996 film opens, famously, with a series of postulated choicesvariables, essentially, in the delineation of identity and opposition. Significant here is the tone in which these options are deliveredit might be considered the rhetorical voice of society, a playful exposition of the pressure placed on individuals to make the "correct" choices, to conform to expectation.
The film, “the Power of One,” followed the life of a boy named P.K. from a small child to a handsome young man. It showed all the hardship and tragedy he had to endure throughout his life. Although the movie could have focused more on the apartheid, it instead portrayed the vulgarity of those times through the eyes of an English boy. As time went on, P.K. slowly began to realize the full severity of the apartheid. It was difficult for a child to comprehend how horribly people could treat one another for no apparent reason.

The movie opens with a narration of Malcolm Rivers in which he says; “As I was going up the stairs, I met a man who wasn’t there.

Much of Michael character is introduced to the viewer in this scene, primarily his disinterest in the family business. When he is talking with Kay about Johnny Fontaine, and what his
For the following analysis, I will be discussing the movie Fight Club’s two main characters. They are “Jack” played by Edward Norton, and Tyler Durden played by Brad Pitt. However the twist to the movie turns out that Jack and Tyler are the same person and Tyler is Jack’s real name. Tyler the character is everything that Jack the character is not. The story narration is provided by the protagonist of “Fight Club,” “Jack.” The ambivalent protagonist, who only refers to himself as “Jack.” An ambivalent protagonist, usually the main character, is someone the audience likes, but who possesses character flaws.
