✓ With the customers: in this case the sender is the customers and receiver is the employees who communicate with customers. Because the customers are the ones who want to take the tour of Vietravel, so the customers have to give all the information for the staffs and they will help the customers choose which tour suitable for them. Besides that, the staff have to take the feedback include personal information about the customers to make the contact with them even they do not come to Vietravel by phoning, email…etc or invite them join for the conference or meeting which Vietravel organize to introduce to the customers new tours and new promotions. ✓ With the suppliers: in this case the sender is Vietravel and the receiver is suppliers because Vietravel will order the product of each supplier such as airplane or train ticket, hotel, restaurant, etc to provide for Vietravel’s customers. That’s why Vietravel need to communicate with all suppliers to improve the quality of their services. Having many ways for Vietravel communicate with their suppliers such as: phoning, email, fax or making the meeting and conference to discuss or exchange for improving their services.
