There are ways Rite Aid could ensure that patients understand the rights and where they could dispute anything, if they feel their information has been used incorrectly. Patients have the right to restrict how their personal information is shared. They could also request how they receive information from Rite Aid concerning their relationship with the company. If the patient wants to avoid any type of mailing from Rite Aid they could do so, and if Rite Aid decides to disobey that right, than they have violated a HIPPA rule. A patient also has the right to access their files, to make sure they are being protected at all times.

Predication: On 06/02/17, Asset Protection Manager(APM) Jakub Orlando was contacted by a Store Manager(SM) Christina Mcgrath-Magenta regarding Shift Leader(SFL) Richard Diaz and two Customer Service Associates (CSA) James Hansen and Justin Gonzalez who were suspected of violating the Be Safe policy.

Recently, there have been situations where employees are feeling discriminated against, unethical behavior is taking place, trust is being severed, and the overall integrity of the organization is being compromised. Staff currently feels that their opinions will not matter because upper management does what they want, when they want to, and it does not matter who it affects. The snowball effect happens because people talk about things they overhear and they embellish a situation which makes it become bigger than it is. On the other hand, when there is truth to these accusations, it needs to be addressed so that trust can be rebuilt and the staff can see positive outcomes during negative times.
P alleges false arrest. P alleges he was walking outside his apartment with a friend when MOS approached him and arrested him on drug charges. R/Os responded to the listed location in reference to a traffic pole blocking the roadway. R/Os were able to move the pole out of the way to clear traffic. IDOC was notified of the incident. R/Os attempted to get video surveillance from Quick Trip gas station located near the interection. Employee at Quick Trip stated that he was unable to access the camera system, but that he will notify his manager and his manager will contact the Police Department. Introduction of AICPA Code of Professional Conduct helps in controlling the business operation especially in the accounting and management departments. Accounting and management fraud have been experienced whereby through corruption or other means, entrusted managers and accountants tend to be selfish in undertaking their duties. These factors are well addressed by the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct principles. Therefore, the study seeks to introduce two case studies whereby the management fraud have been experienced. Furthermore, the study will incorporate the use of AICPA Code of Professional Conduct in controlling the situation to ensure harmonious business operation in the management.
