The causes of mental illness are complex and vary depending on the theories associated to the different biological, psychological, and environmental factors. The etiology of mental illness is based on five broad models: biological, psychological, behavioral, cognitive, and social.

When looking into psychological disorders, there are a wide range of conditions. Psychological disorders are also called mental disorder or illness. These conditions affect how people think, feel, and act towards others and their surroundings. Anxiety is one of the many disorders. Anxiety disorder is a reaction of tense and apprehensive, experiencing negative out-of-control feelings. There are several types of anxiety disorders. I chose the topic about psychological disorder is because it is important to understand the mental illness everyone deals with on daily basis.
