The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Leonna Denise Lewis, who was last seen in the 1300 block of Savannah Street Southeast, on Monday, December 12, 2016. Leonna Denise Lewis is described as a black female, 5’3” tall, 130 pounds, brown eyes, black hair, and medium complexion. She was last seen wearing a blue camouflage shirt, tan pants and gray hoody.

The NYPD noticed a large amount of stops and decided to turn to RAND, an organization for research and development issues, to determine issues with their stops. RAND researchers conducted three types of analysis including external benchmarking, internal benchmarking, and how the outcome of stops differed from other stops.
