Most people would contend that no one would turn down a special job opportunity when it arises. I highly support this notion and accordingly, I would not expect people to turn down a chance to doing a project organization as exhibited by Bert Mill. This is because such chances are rare and far between. Furthermore, the chance of joining the project organization provides employees with an opportunity for him to develop his experience. Project organization provides employees with an opportunity to develop their management and planning skills (Turner, 2009). Employees are, therefore, exposed to new skills that would be of great benefit to them in building their careers. This justification is enough to make anyone take the position that Mill was offered in the project organization.
