Michael Martinez, a 26 years old Texas man was arrested for being involve in cyberstalking, online sextortion and child exploitation. According to an FBI press release, Martinez has been charged for producing and receiving of child abuse imagery, coercing minor to be involved in sexual activity and for three counts of cyberstalking. All these charged was supported by the forensics on Martinez’s seized computers, data storage devices and mobile phone which revealed tons images of minor involved in sexually explicit conduct. Investigation has also shown Martinez has been harassing and intimidating his victim from the period of October 2013 to August 2014 through text messaging and other online method. Angel Gonzalez was convicted of aggravated sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping on ______________. As a result of these two crimes, Angel Gonzalez was sentenced to 40 years in prison. In this particular case, the victim informed the police that she had been abducted from her apartment and raped by two Hispanic males, and provided physical descriptions. When doing so, the victim’s boyfriend provided the police with a possible description of the offender’s vehicle.
This case involves Suspect Jose Guadalupe Arevalo verbally threatening to kill Victim Cecilia Aguilar Parra with a firearm in violation of PC 422-Criminal Threats. Suspect Arevalo is Victim Parra’s rear neighbor.
In another account of rape on April 4, 2014, a sheriff’s deputy was convicted of rape where he pleaded no contest. Jose Sanchez was found guilty and sentenced to nine years in prison. He originally pulled over a woman in her car for an outstanding arrest warrant and then came to find she was drunk driving. Rather than arresting her there, he put her in the back of his patrol car and drove her out to the desert where he abused her and then drove her back to her car where he continued to sexually harass her. Two days later he pulled over a woman in her mid-thirties and bribed her in the form of a sexual activity .

At approximately 1450 hours I texted MENDOZA I was at the Pilot in Madera(22717 Ave 18 1/2, Madera, California 93637). Chavez observed at approximately 1530 hours MENDOZA arrived at his house driving a 2006 black Pontiac GS CA: 6BSW960. After only being inside the residence a few minutes MENDOZA got back into his Pontiac and left his residence driving northbound onto Fairway Dr. and then right onto northbound Westbury Blvd. Agent Forestiere and Agent Gordon conducted a traffic enforcement stop on MENDOZA’s vehicle on Westbury Blvd just north of Cleveland Ave. MENDOZA was subsequently taken into custody and driven back to his residence for the execution of the search warrant. MAGNET and MADNET Agents executed the search warrant at 1488 Penny Way at approximately 1600 hrs. Agents recovered in MENDOZA’S bedroom approximately half an ounce of cocaine in his room along with a scale. No other evidence/narcotics were located either on MENDOZA or inside his vehicle. Upon arrival, I met with Arias, Elsa DOB 02/07/82, who related that she is a witness in a pending Cicero Police case (refer to 15-16482). Elsa related she had been in contact with Salgado, Brian J. DOB 10/23/00 through Facebook Messaging regarding the pending case. Six (6) photos were taken of the messages and they were placed into inventory. Elsa further related she feels threatened by Brain and his friends who are Latin Kings due to the fact she is a witness on the case.
Upon my arrival, I was met by a Hispanic female adult verbally identified as Martha Paredes. Paredes stated that about 1530 hours her son Stephan Paul (06/06/2001) was "jumped" by six students from school (Mojave High School) as he was walking home. Paredes stated that Paul identified one of the students as Christian Medrano(04/18/2002). Paredes then stated she found Medrano's facebook page and was able to locate his address(57 Rosa Rosales Ct). Paredes went on to say that she spoke with Medrano's mother (Alma Fuentes) who stated that Medrano has a history of miss behaving and that if Paredes needed to press charges on Medrano to do so. Paredes then stated that she was going to go to the school on Wednesday in an effort to try and identify the other juveniles involved. Paredes completed a voluntary statement and emailed me a screenshot of Medrano's Facebook page.

In Los Banos Community, I am pleasingly surprised that so many people are willing to help others. The Empty Bowls Organization celebrates 25 Years anniversary (Empty Bowls, n.d.). In the Empty Bowl fundraiser, participants receive the bowl that was created by community volunteers (children, school students, and adults) after they share a simple meal of soup together (Spevak, 2014). On a summer day in 1979 a teenage women working at a gas station told the police that Diaz was the man who attacked her a few nights before, lacking evidence no charges were made.
