Middle school students have been reporting to parents and teachers that their are bullies who are their main concerns. They would be physcially and verbally attacking them any way possible. To avoid any causes that may affect bullying victims, we should solve the issue by having a plan laid out for bullies kids. If the problems are not going to be fixed students can be at risk. Their lives can be in danger. How can we address and fixed this situation to save kids who are getting bully in school. What can we do to protect students from bullies. Bullies should be in different classrooms or off school grounds to a different school. They should be with child protection services and to seek professional medical attention help as soon as possible. The school teachers, nurses, and principle should come all together to discuss a plan for protection and the safety of the school. The steps that I would take into action first would be write down all questions of my concerns, ask for a date and time for an interview, and what can we do to make school a safe and better place for kids to learn. With all of the help from the school committees and the city coming together to an agreement to help students in need to keep the kids and school safe. If my opinions matters to the city and school I would help and speak in front of the middle school kids to share my thoughts and to tell them to be aware of bullying and how we could prevent it from happening. My son was bullied in the 6th grade and it came to my attention that, back then it affected him so much in many ways during school hours and at home. If I can have the opportunity to help prevent bullying from happening on school grounds, I would help the community in the city to speak and hear from my words. To stop and end bullying most and for
Issue: If you or your child have ever been a victim of bullying then you know how horrible one can feel. There are many emotions and fears associated with bullying, and no one should have to be subjected to it. Bullying can have a lasting effect not only in one’s present life but their future as well. Bullying is very prominent in schools today, and there has been an increase in school shootings, which is the extreme reaction to being bullied. Children need to consider each other’s feelings before they decide to bully or pick on each other.
Bullying at school is a big problem that is found in all the schools in the United States and across the world. Since the late 1990s there have been several fatal school shootings committed by victims of bullying that have brought bullying major media attention. This has resulted in an increase of awareness about the harmful effects on the kids being bullied as well as the bullies themselves. This has brought a large amount of local, state, and nationwide programs designed to try to prevent bullying or to at least try to contain the problem. “In an effort to adequately address the problem, many schools are taking a proactive approach through prevention and intervention, but how do we know if and when such intervention is effective? First and foremost, we must have an accurate understanding of the dynamic and complex phenomenon of bullying across development and as it spans the multiple levels of the social ecology” (Casper, Meter, & Card, 2015, par 2). Many psychologists, sociologists, and school administrators have been publishing research on school bullying. Bullying is a significant threat to many children because it causes psychological problems not only for those who get bullied but also those who do the bullying. Even though bullying is a significant problem the are few solutions that can help prevent or significantly reducing bullying like reporting bullying, know the characteristics, and passing laws.
Life as a middle school student will be totally different from the high school life. These are two different things and way more things will be expected from each and every student now that we are in high school. It will not be as easy as middle school was because when coming to the high school students will have to face hard challenges that might throw them off because they are not use to it. After a couple of week of experiencing high school it will start to get a little easier. Do not to expect high school to go by easy as middle school. If my word could get to the upcoming 8th graders about life at Spartanburg High School I would warn them about academics, sports, and friendships.
If Middle Football is Going to Last People Need to Get Their Head in the Game.
These are my plans to succeed in the rest of the 8th grade school year.
During my 8th grade year, I learned a lot that I did not know before. My 7th grade year I would consider it was my hardest year yet. The fun thing about this year is you learn so many new things. Most of our teachers chose to do so in a fun way. Also, each teacher will help you find ways to study. In my essay I will specify that you need to make sure that you are on time to your classes, always do your homework, and study for your tests.
Students and parents should begin to think about college when the student is in middle school or late grade-school. Beginning the college process early can prevent stressing at the last-minute and informs the student of all of their options. Even if the student is not looking at a specific college, they should start to learn the importance of college and how their life will change. Students should speak to a college guidance counselor about their future and know what colleges are looking for and how to build their résumé.
To start, everyone goes to Elementry school then to middle school but have to ever wonder how different they are. Elementry school is so fun with playgrounds and after school activities. But when you here about Middle school I was so excited to go. I found out that it is so exciting and different. These skills and behaviors can be introduced to students in lessons and classroom discussions. Some of the intensive interventions consist of support to both victims and bullies through group therapy and individual counseling. Obtaining parent support for these children is a important component of intervention initiatives. The goals of these programs are to empower adults and children to take the appropriate steps to stop bulling when and where it occurs and to teach children positive behaviors and interpersonal skills. “Effective prevention efforts mobilize a school’s most vital resource- the students- to be a school’s most powerful force in fostering a caring culture in which all students can grow and learn”( Feinberg,2003).
Everyone has a different opinion about Middle school, because we’re all different. Middle school is a weird time for anyone I think though. There are outsiders, nerds, emos, jocks, band geeks, theatre nerds, trouble makers, and a lot more. It’s the kind where you first start out to be in your groups we all have a purpose, but in middle school and high school we take it way too far I feel.
Nowadays, schools and private assemblies are working together to talk to students and parents to minimize the instances of bullying by persistently educating them on the effects of bullying and actual instances that have happened around the world. The world is evolving rapidly each and every day through research and there still seem to be many questions unanswered but through each experience of bullying there are new questions
In third grade I took the bus to school. As soon as I hopped off of the bus, I ran to the door on the right side of the parking lot because my classroom was the first room on the right hand side. This was also known as Mrs Zefsheck's room.
If I could change the structure or appearance of my school, I would separate the high school from the middle school. There are many reasons I would change it including all of the following reasons.
Middle school: an educational stage which exists in most countries providing education between primary school and high school. I like to phrase it as the in-between stage of life. Middle school was not my finest stage of life, and it was, without a doubt, the most emotional stage of my life. Would I want to relive my middle school years? No, I would not want, but even though they were not the best, they served as a beneficial learning stage.
Topic: In schools every day across the United States, children have been victimized by some form of bullying. It is vital for school leadership to recognize and deal with bullying immediately, as well as, enforcing school codes of conduct and maintaining an environment that supports accountability to ensure that all students feel safe and secure while getting the education they deserve.
