Mike Parker is the US Infrastructure Advisory Leader of Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC, an affiliate of Ernst & Young LLP. Based in Philadelphia, he advises on finance, procurement, business strategy and public-private partnerships (PPP) for large-scale infrastructure projects and programs.
