Coraline and Mind Control In movies there are a lot of hidden messages, sometimes they are hidden right under the viewer’s nose, but they are simply lacking the knowledge to understand. Psychological torture, physical signs, and subliminal messages show how the movie Coraline is about Monarch Programming. MKUltra was a sort of mind control and interrogation program created by the CIA. They used LSD, hypnosis, and total isolation as different forms of psychological abuse for interrogations. The CIA tried to choose subjects they thought were weaker, such as homosexuals, racial minorities, and military prisoners. Monarch Programming is thought to be the continuation of this project, some believe it’s carried out by the Illuminati. It’s mind control through torture, creating almost a second personality to be called upon to act out whatever the handler wants (“Monarch Project”). The movie Coraline is about a young girl, sharing the name of the film, who is neglected by her family and finds a portal in her new home to a fictional world where her parents have buttons for eyes and spend all of their time on her and love her unconditionally. Everything is basically backwards and better in this world. In the end it turns out her “other mother” wanted to take her eyes and kill her to retain her youth. Coraline escapes from her other mother and all is well. The opening scene of the movie is essentially a symbolic summary of the entire mind control process. It starts with a creepy metal hand and a doll of a little girl. The hand obviously representing the handler, and the doll the subject. First the clothes are removed with scissors, referencing abuse. Then the hair is ripped from the doll’s head, a form of very traumatic torture. Then the eyes are ripped out of the doll, which is a very large symbol of MK-Ultra type programming (“The Hidden Meaning. . .”). The insides of the doll are ripped forcibly through the mouth, which could represent removing the “slave’s” true person. Finally, the doll is refilled and made to look like Coraline, by the handler.
