This week assignment was really fun because it actually addressed some programming. During this week's reading I learned some new programming concepts I did not know and I acquired a better understanding on some others I get used to apply in the practice but I did not known in theory.
I recently discovered that there was a lot of programming concepts that I use on daily basis but I did not fully understand. Now, learning in a structured way I realize some details I missed learning by myself.
The calculator programming assignment is a classic, I did it some years ago in other language(basic I think) and honestly Python is by far an easier language to write programs. Python’ syntax is really clear and simple. I’m used to program using PHP and most of the sentences and expressions are shorter to write. I actually did not

The reading assignments of this week where very interesting. The story of the personal computer is amazing, basically Apple, Microsoft, IBM and a couple companies more paved the way to new tech entrepreneurs and new markets. As an Apple fan I have to say that despite Bill Gates with Microsoft created a new era with Windows, Apple created the state of art in computing.
Most of the people see Apple computers as “fancy expensive toys” but in fact they are beautiful and powerful tools. I have used both, in fact I started using Windows and of course being basically a monopoly everybody was forced to use windows by those days. The first version of windows I ever use was Windows 3.1 and despite almost every new version (except by ME and Vista) was in some ways improved it never reached the performance and stability of a OSX system. Lot of “ hardware connoisseurs” can say wait a minute! Apple computers have better hardware, but this was true until some years ago. Nowadays, most of PCs have similar or even more powerful hardware.
This is a never ending discussion but in my humble opinion Apple
Marketing is often thought of as advertising and selling, but marketing encompasses more than just selling a product or service and advertising it to entice customers to make a purchase. Perrault, Cannon, and McCarthy (2009) defined marketing as "the performance of activities that seek to accomplish an organization’s objectives by anticipating customer or client needs and directing a flow of need satisfying goods and services from producer to customer or client" (p. 6). However, Kotler and Keller (2009) stated one of the shortest definitions is "meeting needs profitably" (p. 5). The author's definition of marketing includes all of the activities a business

It is generally assumed that all Romanians are liars and thieves. This is a stereotype. Yes, most of them are poor and some of them have no choice but to take things and lie. This is how some of them survive. Especially the Roma (gypsies). Most people assume the gypsies and the Romanians are one and the same when they are not. The Roma have the Romany language somewhat mixed with their home country, the ones who live in Romania mix Romanian with the Romany language. The Romanian language is a mix of Latin which dates back to the Roman times, Turkish, Greek, and Slavic languages. It also has some words that are derivative of German
Since the start of May I have began working full time as an Account Representative for UberEATS in Toronto. At Uber I manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties. Currently I am working on expansion markets within Canada including London and Calgary and have been able to consistently exceed monthly sales goals. An exciting new opportunity has come up enabling me to transition into a new role as a product developer and expansion specialist for UberHealth, a business subsidiary under the Uber Technologies umbrella that focuses on, on-demand vaccine delivery and patient transport. Concurrently, I am wrapping up
I spoke to the leaders in Main on Friday regarding how many positions they needed filled and how long they've been waiting for replacements.
I selected the Louisville Cardinals’ to discus this week for my week two assignment. This was Louisville’s fourth conference change since 1996.Louisville join the Conference U.S.A that year and was not welcome by its other conference colleagues, because the men’s basketball team was on probation by the NCAA. The Louisville program was also apart of a 60 minutes investigation, their home football games were being played in a minor league baseball stadium and their school has some serious Title IX issues according to Murphy, B (2014, July 1). Despite all of the surrounding issues Louisville went on to become successful on the field and basketball courts, they join the Big East conference and made their brand very attractive.
Louis, I thought you did a very good job on your week two task. Your discussion board post was well researched and written. I’d noticed some spelling mistakes, punctuation, grammar, or APA errors. I thought you did a great job on this task. I look forward to more of the same. Here is the grading rubric 2 used to grade this task: Task requirements: Comprehension met 35/40; Timeliness met 10/10; Engagement met 20/30; Writing (Mechanics) which includes the following Proper punctuation 4/5; Correct spelling 4/5; Correct word usage 4/5; Correct grammar 4/5. For this week, I was required to read chapter 5, 6, and 7 in the "A history of the personal computer: the people and the technology " online book. This week's reading was much more easier and understandable than last week's readings. These chapters were about computer companies in the 1970s and what they did. It was interesting to read about these computer companies' humble beginnings. It was especially interesting because the two biggest computer companies right now, Microsoft and Apple, were so thoroughly covered in the chapters. Aside from that, I was able to read about flow charting by Bill Streib, who did a great job in explaining it. Even though the paper was mostly filled with pictures and diagrams, it was still a good read. I was also able to read about pseudo code, and find out about it's advantages and disadvantages. After reading and testing pseudo code and flowcharts, I feel that I would be more in the pseudo code camp. Personally pseudo code is easier for me.
I have also learned how to focus in on what exactly I have questions on, instead of not understanding where to even begin looking for issues and becoming overwhelmed. These practices have yielded success and project completion, and I will continue to do assignments in this fashion in my future Computer Science courses.
There has mostly been much debate over which is the better and most reliable computer to use. There are people who are die-hard Macintosh users, and there are people who are die-hard Window users as well, and naturally people sitting somewhere in between. The fact remains that the most home and business users own Windows-based systems because they are 50% less cheaper than a Macintosh. Windows- based computers are more practical, better software, and versatility for most people than Macintosh computers.
2. Reliability: Macs only run on Apple computers, and are thus less prone to hardware and software crashing.
Recently, Mac switched its central processing unit (CPU) to Intel creating a new competitive platform between the Macs and the PCs. Since the processors are now the same, the argument is: Macs are better than PCs as they can run their own operating system OS X as well as Microsoft’s operating systems XP &
There is a point in ones life where they are confronted with the arduous task of deciding what computer is best for them, this decision process is usually decided on a few factors which are price, reliability, security, storage space and of course the computers speed. In today’s economy buying a machine of value that works is hard to come by but one company has it figured out; it is time to invest in Apple computer. Apple is a company that was founded in 1976 by Steve Wozniak, Steve Jobs, and Ron Wayne in the hopes of making the PC personal again. The Apple revolution began in 1984 when Macintosh was introduced.
The first reason Microsoft computers are better than Apple computers is because of its price. For price comparison the information will come from www.bestbuy.com. The lowest price of an Apple laptop is $799.99 which is a current sale price from the original $899.99 for the 11.6” MacBook Air. This is a non-touch-screen laptop with 4GB of memory, 128GB hard drive, and I5 processor with speeds of 1.4-2.7GHz. If you like spending more and getting less, Apple is right for
Python is an interpreted language, which can save you considerable time during program development because no compilation and linking is necessary. The interpreter can be used interactively, which makes it easy to experiment with features of the language, to write throw-away programs, or to test functions during bottom-up program development. It is also a handy desk calculator.
