Mobile phones are an important part of college and university life. If you just look and review your own activity throughout the day at an educational campus, you will find that your mobile phone usage will be more than whats required for you to complete your daily tasks. Research suggests that students are still using their mobile phones inside the classroom, despite very particular and strict rules from doing so (Tindell & Bohlander, 2012). As the industry of technology still continues its rapid growth, a mobile device does appear to be helpful for students to use in their learning environment, contributing to individual academic performance.
