The model of prejudice and discrimination explains a structural cycle in society for two different groups who are either the authority or who are under the authority of a social group. For example, the system in the model is between two groups the superordinate’s who are the ones in control, and the subordinates, which are people under the authority and control. Having two different groups with different believes, cultures, and behaviors leads to people automatically falling into one category. Two different cultures lead to differences in ways of how they go through society and behave. This then makes differences in both communities which produces negative prejudice and discrimination. Discrimination and prejudice leads to negative judgment
