From time to time, it might be interesting and even fun to sit back and reminisce about the times of the past. Remembering maybe what the fashion style was of the 1970s, with the flare and bell bottom pants, jump suits, and platform shoes. Then there was the 1980s, which spandex was ever so popular, along with parachute pants, and neon colors. And of course, the 1990s that included the styles such as, floral prints, cuffed and high waist jeans, and track pants to name a few. As an individual moved through these periods of time, it might be safe to assume that some of the favorite clothes from the past were kept tucked away in a box in the back of the closet, just thinking that one day all of it will come back into style or in the very least the designs of the future would resemble those of the past. Interestingly enough, being in the 2017th year of the 21st century individuals can walk through a shopping mall and view or buy close to the same designs that were so influential in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Although the fashion examples mentioned only have a ten year gap between them, it demonstrates the differences in designs for each period, but also the similarities and how each period can influence another. If this can happen with simple fashion certainly it can happen with more complex designs and architecture.
