The appellant has appealed the honourable Moot court filed under sec 96 of C.P.C R/W SEC 19 OF FAMILY COURTS ACTS 1984.

CASE FACTS:
Shekar and Sujatha are related to each other living in the district Mahanagar. They were classmates of the same branch in the college. Apart from the relationship they shared they were very good friends also. During the final year studies in the campus selections conducted both of them were selected for a placement by the same company in Hyderabad, at Hyderabad InfoTech with a handsome salary.
