King Arthur is a man of stories. He is known as a legendary British leader who, led the defense of Britain against Saxon invaders. There have been many films based off of King Arthur’s adventures. Since films have become a thing, historical events have always been popular for the plot lines of the films. However, the events, cultures, and personalities of the historical times are not always portrayed accurately. Some films do an extremely good job keeping the historical events accurate, while others take dramatic turns and diverge away from what actually happened. In the movie King Arthur that was released in 2004 is an example of a film that has some accuracy flaws when it comes to the characters, but also has accuracies to its plot line as well. Not only does it have issues with the accuracy, but the film also introduces ethical issues and moral challenges. The film King Arthur is about Arthur and his remaining knights expecting to be released from their service to the Empire after faithfully fulfilling a fifteen-year commitment. However, on the night when they were supposed to receive their freedom, Bishop Germanus sends them on a final and possibly suicidal mission to rescue an important Roman family living north of Hadrian's Wall. On this adventure the group picked up Woads. One of the Woads, Guinevere takes Arthur to meet Merlin, the leader of the Woads and her father. Merlin suggests an alliance between the Woads and the Sarmatian knights against the invading
