In the play Antigone, there is a question concerning whether it is moral or immoral to do something that will result in death if there is a good enough reason. There are many opinions on this topic. For example, Antigone believes it is moral, because she decides to risk her life in order to bury her brother. Creon, on the other hand, believes it is immoral. He doesn’t want people doing stuff that will break his rules. Sophocles agrees with Antigone that it is morally correct.
