There are many amazing moments one may miss if he or she is in a rush. It is ok to take the time and treasure the moments that spark life into a reality. One may not realize this until that moment is gone and becomes nothing but a memory. One of my favorite quotes written by me says: “We may have missed the moment, but soon we will have another.” That quote means that there is absolutely no reason to waste potential energy on “What ifs”, instead it would be beneficial to create one’s own moment. My friendships, family, and life challenges are my moments that define me. Live life looking for new opportunities because it is only gone for the moment. Friendships can create the most influential moments in my life because friends give me a new perspective on lessons that I may have never thought of. Friendships can easily change within a short amount of time. Some changes are for better and some are for worse, but in the end, they will change me. I am lucky enough to have a great friend who understands and only wants the best. Who I hang around is just as important as to what I want to be. Friends that do not live up to my expectations do not get to remain in my life. I left my best friend after five years because I knew he no longer lived up to my expectations and I could not be a part of something I no longer wanted to be. Our friendship ended in chaos, but brought on a new lesson for me and a new friendship that keeps me align with myself. Choose the relationships that best suites one’s needs and soon the relationships will choose you. Sometimes these friendships can turn into a family with a bond thicker than blood. Family is undoubtedly in everyone’s life. Weather his or her family is blood or not, family makes up a big part of their life. I was blessed to have a family that loves and supports me even though they do not always know what is best for me. Family to me is anyone that loves and supports me for being me and that want to see me grow. Like anyone, my family teaches me lessons and these lessons make up a huge part of my life. Parents will do what they think is best, but I must decide for myself what lessons I learn from these moments. I have learned that I must embrace every moment as a tool to help
My family is the most important thing for me, I would die for them, I would do anything for them to keep them alive, and they would do the same for me. Sometimes I don't show any affection to my relatives, and that is what makes it difficult for them to communicate with me. I try to be affectionate with them, but I get uncomfortable or uneasy. But, aside from that, I still love them, and as said before, I will give my whole existence for any of them. Familia will always be there for you, no matter what, and if they are not, then I do not know what they are. A family is supposed to have your back, supporting you wherever they are and wherever you are, anywhere you go. Even if you think you are a grown independent human, you will forever need them, there will always be a moment where you will be sad and you will want to go back with your mamá or your papá, or even your abuelos, or uncles. And, let me tell you, no matter what you think, the past is in the past the present is the present, they will not care, they will forever love you, and will be happy to see you
Family, is where you celebrate accomplishments together. It’s the place where you can support each other during the good and bad times and cling to in times of deep sadness. Family can provide the emotional fuel to keep going when the going gets tough. But there must be something going on outside of the family, some career, for there to be a need for this support .
The year was 2015 and in my mind it was going to be one of the most pivotal moments in my life. I was turning 16, getting my driver’s license, inching closer toward adulthood, gaining my independence, and free from adult responsibilities and worries. What I did not know was that one catastrophic event would have such a devastating impact on my life.
My family Is a plays a big part in my life. Without my family i am nothing. My family means so much to me, they are always there for me. They come to every sport game I have. They buy me
Family is supposed to listen to you when you're in need. Family is supposed to have your back. Family is supposed to be loyal. Family is supposed to be dependable. Family is supposed to accept you at your worst and best moments. Family is supposed to make you laugh and smile. Family is the number one unconditional love that everyone has. Whether it be the unconditional love from immediate family members or close friends, everyone has that one person they go to in times of need. It’s funny how those closest to you can hurt you the most.
eventually, the present will just be a memory like the friends that I used to
Family plays a crucial role in an individual's life. They affect your decisions and the way you live. Your family can either bring you down or lift you up and push you to do your hardest.
Family means nobody gets left behind, no matter what. My family means the world to me, without them, I would had went down the wrong path. We have always looked after each other. Me and my family are like The Brady Bunch, loving, supporting and big. We make sure that everyone is taken care of. I love them all no matter how annoying they get. I had always woken up my little sister and makes sure she is dress and ready for school in the morning. I don’t know what I will do if my little sister died. All I know I will be crying and crying and crying. Loving, Supporting, big.
My family, which are my three boys are my world. Every decision, including going back to school and working nights so I could be there for them during the day was made with them in mind. Family means different things for different people. I personally do not think family can just be classified as mom, dad and kids. It is whomever has made the decision to go through life together as a team. The author of our text book, Kendall describes family like this, “As relationships in which people live together with commitment, form an economic unit and care for any young, and consider their identity to be significantly attached to the group.” (Kendall, 2014) I personally think family is the foundation that makes us who we are and makes society so
My family are like branches on a tree, we all grow in different directions, at different paces but our roots will always run deep. Family will always come first to me, above all else; coming from a home with no father, the only father figure i had was my grandfather, to me family is so important because it is who we come from. Family
Family is typically seen as something that is defined by genetics and the idea that blood is what makes a family. This could not be less true. In today’s society family should not be defined by the blood that runs through your veins or your last name, it should be the amount of love that exudes from your heart. Whether you were born into a family, adopted or in the foster care system, your family members are the ones who you share moments of love and joy with, not just a last name.
A family can shape one’s identity. A family can guide you through life. They can be supportive and helpful. This is important
“The most beautiful moment in life may not come as soon as you think and once you have it, it doesn’t always last forever or end the day you have it. It lasts for however long you wish for this moment to last within your own life,” read the colorless poster on the wall above my bed. I honestly thought this was complete and utter idiocy, considering the fact that this quote were to be based on their absolute perception of this world. The creator of this quote were to have been refusing to fully comprehend that not everyone is treated with the same respect as others and may live a devastating life to the extent that they cannot create a beautiful moment in life now, nor in the future.
Garth Brooks sang “our lives are better left to chance, I could have missed the pain, But
There are many of ways that I can describe the word family. To me family isn’t just only blood, family is someone who I can count on when times get hard. That person I can count on may not be a mother, father, brother, or sister. That person may be a teacher, coach, or a friend. Family is people who want to see someone happy in life; people who loves us and wants to see us make something out of ourselves. Family is people who can get together and have a good time and make memories. The reasons I value family is because there a support group, they show my history background and stays connected, and finally I benefit from themy life experience.
