On Tuesday 01/31/17 at 0122 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic in the
29400 block of Green River RD SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatched stated the reporting person, Joseph Dobbs, stated he was flagged down by a couple and the female told him she had been assaulted. Dispatched stated Dobbs said the female had left on foot northbound and the male was standing next to his truck, which was a silver pickup with a license plate of WA/B40162F.
Dispatch advised they checked the plate through WACIC/NCIC/DOL and it returned as a silver 1989 Chevy pickup with a registered owner of Michael Menes.
I contacted Dobbs in his vehicle off the west side of the 29400 block of Green
River Rd SE. Dobbs told me he was driving southbound

Dobbs said he called 911, and the female left northbound on Green
River RD SE. Dobbs said the male waited by his truck for a little bit, but just before Police arrived, the male drove away northbound.
I asked Dobbs if he saw the male or female push or hit each other at any point, and he said "no".
While I was contacted Dobbs Officer J. Triplett drove further north on Green
River RD SE and located the silver truck and male, who identified himself as
Michael Menes, in about the 29000 block of Green River RD SE.
Patrol Sgt. J. Douglas continued driving north of Officer Triplett's location and located the female, who identified herself as Tara Champagne, about one quarter of a mile north of Officer Triplett's location. Shortly after Sgt Douglas contacted the female, I heard him stated via the radio, there probable cause to arrest Menes for Assault 2nd Degree. I also heard Sgt Douglas request aid for recent strangulation and lacerations to Champagne.
I drove to Officer Triplett's location and he had already placed Menes into handcuffs, advised him he was under arrest, and was reading him his

At approximately 1630 hours, I Operator Willis received a call from Officer Atkins (404-608-5295) at the Forest Park location stating that the Forest Park Department Police Department was back on site for a follow up. Results from thematic analysis of data found that employees’ motivation on the dairy was affected by the three main categories: workplace relationships and culture, ethnic culture, and affection toward job. Workplace relationships and culture was overwhelmingly the most frequent theme, being coded 62 times. Affection towards job was coded 24 times, and ethnic culture was coded 19 times (appendix C). All three themes indicated effect on work motivation of employees.
