(Cedar Tech) an importer and distributor of computer accessories in Los Angeles, California. After three years, Cedar Tech became a provider of third party technology, software, hardware and services at the corporate level. Customers were offered new products like printers, computers, displays, peripherals, printer consumables and software and, computer and networking accessories. In 2000, Cedar Tech acquired a small solution provider called Denta Solutions, which specialized in IT storage (Ghazzawi).
After five years, the firm became more than an importer and distributor of computer accessories. Cedar Tech's current business components include enterprise storage, security services, and a help desk (Ghazzawi).

Evaluate the culture A former employee has been quoted saying "[Cedar Tech is] super conservative, upper management is too cautious, does not encourage risk taking or the empowerment of the people." Getting employees to work effectively, efficiently, and with respect for their peers is a skill that has to be honed through quality leadership, willing participants and a democratic culture. The motto for Cedar Tech needs to be "One Team Striving for Excellence". This will eliminate negative organizational politics.
