Pluralism is having more than one group or culture coexist in the same place. According to Mouw pluralism is just something we cope with in this world. He also said that pluralism is many-ism, because there are many different groups in this world. The first form of pluralism is worldviews and value systems. We hear so many things about so many different religions in this world. Our worldview is formed by what we believe in and how we see the world. The values we possess are also a part of what we believe in. According to Mouw “God disapproves of the pluralism of idolatry. Which means if God is not the center of our life, and we center our life around something else other than God, then life will not go so well. Mouw says that “the most effective

Secretary Kerry is, in my opinion, a religious pluralist. I believe this because throughout his speech, he spoke about his efforts to understand all types of religions, united religions by talking about their common fundamentals, and called others to build relationships with people of all types of religions in an effort to create a community of peace and acceptance.
In “Problems and Promise in Pluralism,” Annalee R. Ward argues for academic freedom through the lens of confessional pluralism. Ward challenges the academy to revisit pluralism to ascertain whether various denominations can have an “engagement of differences in creative ways” that allow for coexistence in scholarship” (Eck 9). Although academy insists that pluralism tugs on personal integrity, closer examination show that “authentic peaceful coexistence” is a possible outcome when approached correctly (Ward 5).

Though to get there we need to teach, I mean really teach each other and about one another in every way form what we eat to how we celebrate traditions. We need to get everyone involved as much as possible, which means in schools, jobs, and community.
