Mrs. Lee requires a vital sign check, and ongoing monitoring, this includes a blood pressure, respiratory rate, temperature, pulse (palpated bilaterally), and oxygen saturation. Mrs. Lee should be on continuous cardiac monitoring (Bowes et al., 2016). Next, a general inspection of Mrs. Lee should be obtained. She is pale, are there any areas of cyanosis? Does she seem anxious? Is she speaking full sentences? Is there any fingernail clubbing present? A capillary refill test should be completed (Bowes et al., 2016). Mrs. Lee should be positioned in bed at a 45 degree angle and inspection of the right side of the neck should be completed to evaluate for jugular vein distention, Mrs. Lee should have her head slightly turned in the opposite direction
Mrs.Hilly Holbrook who is the president of the Junior league, is pushing for a bill that she calls the Home Help Sanitation Initiative. This bill is states that any member of the Help must have a separate restroom provided by their employer that is outside of the main house. The reasoning behind this is to prevent any diseases that are carried by the Help to transfer to their employer or their children and to stop any racial issues. The main problem with this is that Mrs.Holbrook has asked Ms.Phelan to publish it into the Jackson Journal, she has instead asked people to but their toilets into Mrs.Holbrook’s lawn, making her infuriated.
On 6/12/15 worker visited Mrs. Bobbie Mills at Shadescrest NH, for the purpose of monitoring her environment. When worker arrived, Mrs. Mills was sitting in wheelchair watching TV. She was very welcoming and remembered worker from previous visits. Mrs. Mills was appropriately dressed with good personal hygiene. She stated she liked Shadescrest because everyone was nice. Mrs. Mills stated, Mr. Mills and she had to move into NH because their home got damaged in the 2011 tornadoes. Ms. Mills is under the impression her son Tony is now fixing up the home. During visit worker noticed no health or safety
“They carry different diseases than we do (The Help, 2011)” said Hilly Holbrook as she struggled to hide the fact she was dying to use the bathroom during a card game at Elizabeth Leefolt’s home. She figures that since Mrs. Leefolt does not have an outside bathroom for the colored help that Aibileen uses the guess bathroom as well and she refuses to use it. She later talked the Leefolt’s into building Aibileen her own bathroom outside the house… Racism in Jackson was at its prime in the 1960’s during the Civil Rights Movement. All negro women and some men work for white families and are treated like slaves. All over town signs say ‘COLORED’ or ‘WHITES ONLY.’ You did not talk to the colored help unless you were the one they are working for.
Ann Lee was born on February 29, 1736. There is not much account on her childhood, therefore, it is hard to depict if her childhood had any influence on her later, more known life. She exhibited religion and living in Manchester, England accounted for the moral decay of it. She sought spiritual refuge and ended up finding the Shaking Quakers, a religious society. This group would express their sins, dance, sing, violently shake, and shout. The Shakers were disruptive to peace, and Ann herself was jailed. During imprisonment, she had a lot of visions and spiritual contributions and “by a special manifestation of divine light the present testimony of salvation and eternal life was fully revealed to her," she became the leader or “mother” of the

An order for continuous telemetry has been made to allow for constant monitoring of her vital signs. A benefit of this is that it allows the provider team to keep an eye on any changes or potentially fatal arrhythmias and respond quickly, and it is wireless so she will be able to get up and move around. A risk of continuous telemetry is that is can cause skin irritation and may heighten her anxiety by knowing it is tracking changes in her vital signs constantly. I would follow through
Reverend Lee looked over the mirror again and said, “I do not trust this thing. I can feel the evil emanating from it. I will give you proper advice, Mr. Avery. Burn this before you are cursed, because it obviously did not work for the family who previously carried it.”
I think Edgar Allan Poe is an excellent author. I believe this because in his poem "Annabel Lee." he uses fluent rhyming patterns, descriptive words, and forms very literate sentences. I would love to read more work by Poe because his methods of pulling a story together by using interesting literary techniques make readers, like me, fascinated. What I found most interesting about Poe's life was that in the days before his death, he went missing and showed up mysteriously without explanation; however, we have yet to find out what truly caused Poe's

An individual had to do hard work and achieve certain goals in order to be known as successful. As a biology premed major, I aspire to be a doctor. In order to pursue my medical career, I would like to be as precise, pleasant, and determined like Dr. Lopez, Dr. Miami, and Dr. Sandra Lee.
* Prior to performing A.’s physical assessment, I gathered information over her diagnosis tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and vitiligo and any passed medical problems to be aware of. I then introduced myself to A. and her family and asked her if she wanted her grandparents to stay in the room during her physical assessment. I then explained the process of starting at her head and working downward to her feet by providing privacy throughout the whole assessment. First I started, by observing her appearance and behavior and how well A. communicated with me, A.’s behavior was calm, cooperative and appropriate for her age. I assessed PERRLA in both eyes, her pupils were a 3, equal, round, reactive to light and accommodated. I assessed her mucus membranes which were pink and moist along with assessing her throat by looking at the back of throat and checking for bleeding , whitish area, and odor. I then asked her if she had any frequent swallowing and trickling of blood in her throat. A. stated she did not have any frequent swallowing or blood in her throat just some soreness and discomfort in her throat. A.’s throat had white areas on both sides where the tonsils were removed with no bleeding. I auscultated her heart and lungs, and heard S1S2 and her
