Therapy is not only just for mental health, but it is for physical and emotional which formed a good individual with a good well-being. Most of children are seeking for help when they are sexual abuse, physical abuse, or neglect. Multiagency working provides benefits for children, young people and families because they receive tailor-made support in the most efficient way (National Society for Prevention of Cruelty to children, 2011).
Therapy and multiagency working give the individual needs in order to obtain the ways of being and ways of knowing. According to Martin (2003, p10), define ways of being as people are part of the world as much as it is part of everyone which determines for rights to be earned and bestowed as they carry out rite to country, self and others. It is about the rights that human earned by fulfilling relations to Entities. On the other hand ways of knowing are serve as guides for establishing relations among the Entities. What if the therapy is not be implemented? The children may be mute and try to isolated themselves from other because phobia or traumatized. Besides that, parent also feel trauma when they see their child have been abuse. Both of them will felt less trusting when they meet the new face. If the practitioners only give their physiological need, they might be feeling empty. Therefore, the agencies or parent need to transfer the problematic child to the interagency which have the therapy within. Once they get the therapy, they will finally feel like a normal child. As Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs has described, he stated that people are motivated to achieve certain needs.
