Muscular endurance is defined as the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to repeatedly exert force against resistance.
Muscular strength is defined as the maximum amount of force that a muscle can exert against some form of resistance in a single effort.
Body composition is a measurement of a person’s fat mass and fat free (lean) mass. Also, body composition is used to describe the percentages of fat, bone, water and muscle in human bodies.

Consequently, my biceps still have a fraction of that strength left.
Personally, I have never measured my precise body composition. In other words, I don 't know the exact percentages of elements that compose my body. However, I do know that my waist to hip ratio is 0.73 which means that I am at low risk of obesity. Being active as a child and doing exercise in moderation is probably the reason why I am at low risk. Also, I am at 23.0 on the BMI index, which is considered a normal weight. It is a little higher than expected because my BMI used to be 20.5, when I was boxing three to four times a week. Since 20.5 is considered a normal weight, my weight category has not changed even if the amount of physical activity I do has decreased.
4. Choose one component that you wish improve upon. Please explain your rationale for why you would like to work on this component. Keep in mind that you will create an action plan towards working on this component on your next assignment (1)
The component that I would like to improve is muscle strength because it is where my greatest difference is. To precise, both exercises have two completely different results. For example, my 1RM (one repetition maximum) for a single deadlift was 150lbs which is considered “beginners” because it is only my BW (body weight) and for my flexed arm hang, I am considered “excellent” because i held my chin above the bar for 35 seconds.
