MusicWest will gain a reasonably large percentage of market share in a short period by immediately differentiating ourselves from our competitors. We will establish our branding with our superior service and selection, the excitingly modern look of our retail environment, our "hands on" merchandising approach, and a series of ads with our motto: Stop Dreaming, Start Playing. Once in the store, our clients want to come back often for the special treatment they receive here and nowhere else.
Although MusicWest may not become the biggest, our intention is to become a "Must-Shop Destination" for those looking to buy a new or used musical instrument in Sydney!

1.1 Mission
MusicWest provides musical instruments to the community. We separate ourselves from our direct competitors by paying intense personal attention to our customers, and educating our clients about the products they need or desire before, during, and after the sale. We offer creative programs to reward customer loyalty, and we provide on-site repair services for the items we sell. We consider our staff our partners and insist they prosper equitably with the growth and success of the company. We will have the largest selection of School Band and Orchestral instruments in Sydney and will use that advantage to separate ourselves from the competition.

The Sartell High School’s bands, choirs, and orchestra had their first concert of the year on October 16, 2017. I will be evaluating the wind ensemble’s performance of their two pieces.
It’s not just that we are easy-going laid-back Californians, though we are. It’s that we have had a leader in Ernest Fleishman who treated us like family – the LA Phil family. Together we developed a problem-solving style that was not “us against them”. While waiting for the performance, the first thing I noticed were the types of instruments.They had the four music families of strings, Brass, woodwinds, and percussion instruments.
Because music is soothing to the soul, it stimulates the brain, and it teaches new skills, joining the Storm Lake music department is a great opportunity. Music has so many benefits! In order to explore unfamiliar regions, Mitchell gathers a flexible band whose most of its members play multiple instruments, widening the musical possibilities of an eclectic journey that feels both transformative and innovative in many ways.
The lighting is darkened deep inside the brambles of the forest enclosed by high rock walls on either side. A small bridge lies ahead where the rock covering ceases. On either side of the bridge stand two timber wolves, frozen in a snarling confrontation, and a small beaver sits motionless, peering from under the bridge unsure as how to proceed, and further across a family of ducks, unlike the wolves and beaver, move around gleefully, quacking at each other in a small pond. Farther up the rock walls there is a rock climber, forever stationed in the high wall side. On the one side of the bridge it leads to a spacious room full of fly bait and assorted tackle. The other side leads to a wide space, displaying an aquarium of Colorado native fish. This kind of environment, discreet, yet very played out, lines the entirety of Bass Pro Shops, encompassing the serenity of nature into their layout of products, and morals of business etiquette.
The nomination committee being the main organ through which the music the board is selected has various mechanisms in place in relation to the identification, selection and engagement of the qualified individuals sharing the organization interests. It is of the greatest expectation from the various stakeholders of this project that this group will stand to ensure that the mission and vision upon which this program was developed defines its very existence and operation towards the realization of the defined objectives.
He also tells us that you get to do a lot of touring. The best orchestras often go on tour around the world. By doing so you will be able to see alot of places and you also get a free hotel room and food for as long as you stay
The United States Navy band performs over 1300 ceremonies and 300 concerts a year for various events, venues, and schools. I have arranged to meet with the event coordinator, Heather Hanson, to give more insight into the reasoning of booking the band. I will ask questions regarding the financing behind the concert, as well as what she thinks the benefits are of having the Navy Band perform.
