When experiencing certain physical and emotional pains, people often think that medication is the only cure. However, in recent years different ways of healing has broken through the old beliefs. One of these healing methods is music therapy. Music therapy is the prescribed use of music and melodies to help restore, maintain and improve the emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual well being of an individual.
