Personal strengths are abilities, talents, and characteristics that God has given us. Psalm 139:14 says, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well”. God has given everyone amazing characteristics that most people would describe them as. Even though most people don’t like talking about their own positive characteristics, we all have amazing gifts and talents. When I was talking to my friends, they gave me three characteristics that they see in me. The abilities that God has blessed me with are, a strong athlete, a good friend, and servant-hearted. I have thought about what these mean to me and I am going to describe each of them.
Beyond that which is already mentioned in my attached resume, I am someone who knows how to set goals and achieve them, and have a proven track record of being able to conceive, develop and execute strategies.

Being able to play soccer, cheer, and dance, since I was little, has taught me different ways of leadership. Being a leader doesn't mean you're the best at everything it really just means you show good support for the people you're with. It also means to be a good example for the people around you. I cheered for 2 years, played soccer for 1 year, and have danced since I was 6. They all taught me how to show good leadership for my other peers when someone messed up or did something wrong you don't laugh at them or anything you just show them support and tell them they did good. For example, when I joined the dance team had no idea how to do what they were doing. I was nervous when I first got there they all came up to me and started talking
Micromanagement behavior can be very disruptive to the organization. Quite frequently the employees must take the initiative to take back their territory. Chambers (2006) gives several suggestions on how to do this. First, the employee can take the information initiative by finding out what data the manager needs to feel confident, then provide it ahead of time. The employee can also communicate progress on priority projects which illustrates awareness and timeliness. Stay clear on expectations by using a trail of memos or emails. Communication is vital as priorities shift, and it is very important to beat deadlines if possible. Exhibiting proactive behavior is key, and sometimes it may be better to ask for forgiveness than permission. This situation is where an employee can put a

My desire and passion for helping others is intertwine with my personal and professional life experiences. Growing up in Guatemala, a third world country, helped me become the person I am today. My first twelve years in my native country taught me lessons that changed my perspective and shaped who I am and who I want to be in the future. From a young age, I had this great admiration for nature and in Guatemala I was able to admire it. I remember endless nights looking at the stars and patiently waiting for a shooting star. Nature was my play room. Life in Guatemala was beautiful but it wasn’t easy. It was not until I came to the United States that I begin to realize how much my mother had sheltered me from the violence and poverty that surrounded us. Sadly, my beautiful country is fill with corruption. The rich exploit the poor and laws are created to protect does in power regardless of their wrongdoing. In Guatemala, women are treated unequally because our society has rigid gender roles and has created a culture that takes pride in masculinity and machismo. It was well known in my small village that if a man found a female attractive and wanted her for himself he could “robarte” which translates to “steal you.” My mother and many other women in my family experienced this. My father was a policeman in Guatemala and he was attracted to my mother. My mother, on the other hand, was not looking for any serious relationship because she was only 17 years old.
