My Career in Psychology Tabitha N. Edwards Capella University Abstract My vision and goals for my career in psychology stem from my personal experiences as an employee. Specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology will allow me to help others avoid the frustrations I have felt and provide them with the support and opportunities I did not have.
