The past two weeks have been an eye opener. My assessments clearly matched my outlook on how fit I am and my body composition. I wasn’t satisfied with the results but I also knew what I was about to expect. For this assignment I will be discussing my current fitness, body composition, bad habits, improvements, and my fitness plan that I have developed. Staying fit is essential to my health however, being a full college student that works 28 hours a week can be difficult to keep up with. For muscular endurance I got an excellent on both best. I felt like the muscular endurance test wasn’t challenging and that it needed to have somewhat of higher expectations. One reason why I think it should have higher expectations is because I know for a fact that I’m not in shape and if I got excellent for both tests, which should say something about the requirements for the categories. Flexibility is something I’ve always been good with. From what I can remember in middle school I was one of the top male students to get the best for sit and reach. My best attempt for the assessment was a 39.5, which was .5 away from excellent. My least favorite test was strength. From the beginning I was dreading on hitting the bench press because I knew I would do terrible. As expected I did terrible on the benching test. My result was 155 lbs., giving me a 30%.
