My Dream House
House is a place where we can shelter and it gives us a protection from rain, heat, storm etc. Everyone has their own choice on what type of house they feel comfortable to live in, so do I. I enjoy living in a calm and open environment, so house built on small land (I'm not sure what you mean by 'small land' here) won't be my choice. I want a large open space surrounded by compound, where I can stroll, especially when I feel bored on at my job. I want a garden in front of my house, which will give me a natural environment. One more thing to mention here, I want a house which is far from main city and industrial area since I don't like a noisy environment. Oh, yeah, what about the size of the house? I prefer the medium size

I desire to have magnificent gardens surrounding my house. The front garden should be full of flowers, bushes and fruit trees. The scent of flowers and fruit trees mixed in the air reminds me of heavenly moments filled with happiness and joy. The back garden should be very large so that I can have a lawn with a swimming pool. In addition, there would be another lawn which comes up to the patio. There would also be a flower bed near the back door and a path leading to the garden shed and the greenhouse, where I'd like to grow my own tomatoes, green peppers, parsleys, eggplants. Besides, there would be a large cage filled with different species of birds like peacocks or parrots. I'd let the door of the cage be open all the time for freedom is very important for me. Birds would come into the cage whenever they want to feed themselves. Watching colorful birds flying above my head while swimming in the pool would be a fantastic experience. Since the outside of my dream house would let me be alone with nature and fill my soul with peace and quietness, its design is very important and attentively arranged.
In my opinion, each person has a dream house that continues to remain on his mind as long as he lives. Places we spend our life is very significant because our moods are affected by the design and the location. If we live in a place filled with
Places we spend our life is veru significant because our moods are affected by the design and location. Simplicity is beauty. That’s what people usually say about many things. But, for me simplicity is not enough when it comes about my dream house. My dream house would still be simple but in another manner. It wouldn’t be simple that it has simple designs, yet it would be still appealing in my eyes. House is the place to stay together with part of our family. A good house is the house that makes the dweller feel so comfortable. It is the place where we can shelter and it gives us protection from rain, heat, strom etc. Everyone has their own choice on what type of house they feel comfortable to live in. My dream house can be described in two
A house is typically has multiple bedrooms with two levels. They range in prices renting wise or if you would purchase. It could be in a great location or a very horrible place. Though, my horrible could be your dream. No matter where you live and what you chose, you want to make sure your surroundings are in your liking. The neighbors can’t be too noisy or nosey. You want to make sure the amenities are close by or even in your neighborhood.
The house is different from other houses in the sense that, it didn’t allude to a real house. The house is an image of many ideas
If you could have the luxury of both family and privacy would you take it? My dream house, or shall I say, would be just that. I’ve dreamt about where and how I wanted to live when I was younger for years. My dream place to live would have to be a remote family village, that has the many conveniences of being close to work and family, where everyone has their own separate sections, yet we a still isolated from the world.
The bottom line is that “Everybody’s situation is unique. For some, housing is simply a form of shelter. For others, it is the heart of their family or a symbol of safety and stability” (Romerdahl). Although some people may adhere to the traditional American Dream of buying a nice house and raising a family, others may prefer a more free spirited approach to life and enjoy the freedom of not being tied to a house.
The west façade of the house will be facing the Botanical gardens to be able to enjoy the view. Another addition to the house will be a swimming pool. The pool will keep with the theme of being connected to the outdoors and to be able to cool down on those hot summer Oklahoma days. The pool will be constructed on the northern side of the house. There will be a door added to the north side of the house to access the pool. The doors that are going to be added will be tall sliding glass doors to give the feeling of being outdoor while you are actually indoors. The last addition to the house will be a breakfast nook on the opposite side of the tall sliding glass doors, since the crossing of the transept is the dining room. The breakfast nook will be an additional seating area and it will be kind of secluded from the rest of the house for when you need a little
Quiet and unassuming, a modest-looking house lies in the middle of a vast, empty plain, located away from the city and close to the pastoral natural world. Separated from the forceful influences of conformity, but still in touch with the surrounding world, this house is free to think, feel, and experience as it pleases. That’s because this house represents more than the entirety of its physical and visual features; it is a metaphor for my memories, ambitions, secrets, feelings, and emotions.
It would be a modest home, not a million-dollar home. I would rather save my money and spend it elsewhere. This home would allow me a place to establish myself. I would not have to be concerned with paying a mortgage for the rest of my life. When I decide to sell this home, I could also pocket the money. This would also serve as an investment for myself. I would make sure that I had enough money put aside to maintain my house and furnish it as well. Once again, I would not go over the top. I would want a home that is humble, not an extravagant mansion. I would use my money to buy a home because it would provide me shelter. I would not longer have to rely on someone else to house me. Also it would serve as an investment for my money.
Living in a house you or your family own can be different than renting a house or an apartment but it can also be the same. Owning your own home can have lots positive outcomes like you’re able to remodel your house however you want,
That we’d get a house all to ourselves and we wouldn’t have to pay rent, or share with anyone. That our house would be big and nice and beautiful and have tons of space and look great. That we’d have a nice basement and I’d have the nicest room and we’d have a huge kitchen and bathroom, and a backyard I could play in, with grass as green as the leaves on the trees. That was the house my mom talked about constantly. But the house on Beach street is not exactly what I was picturing. When I got in, the house gave us a “welcome home”. The house is nice, however, the house isn’t that big and it is as old, and has a dark tone, like the midnight sky. The house is not what I expected, but it is still better than having no house, and the house is still great. I knew I had to have a house. A real house. One that I could point to. This is it. The house on beach
the dream is “the white picket fence” house and family. The ideal lifestyle is to be moderately
The place where a person lives often provides insight into their life. As implied by the title of the novel The House on Mango Street, the novel placed a strong focus on the places where people lived and how they related to the people themselves. Two characters’ houses stand out in this novel in particular: the houses belonging to Esperanza and Sally. Through the description of the appearance of the two houses and how each person feels while inside their house, Cisneros created a striking contrast between the two houses.
Half of the time, I live with my mom, and the other half of the time I live with my dad, since they have joint custody over me and my sister. However, I live with my older sister all the time. Both of their houses have three bedrooms and include two story houses with hardwood floors and two bathrooms. In the future, I would like to live in Atlanta or Florida because I would like to try something new. I would prefer to live in Atlanta, as I love the city and there is always something interesting and exciting going on in the city. I would like my home to not necessarily be massive, but have enough space for me. Therefore, I would

The origins of the word “home” have developed over the decades to become the word and meaning that it now holds today. The English word “home” originated from the Old English word hām, which refers to a village or estate where many “souls” are gathered (Liberman 1). In simpler terms, it is the gathering of people in a certain area. A quote that I came across wonderfully describes what a home is in a few simple terms. It states that a home is “the abiding place of the affections” (Marine 1). This is probably one of the most accurate depictions of what the word
