Everyone wants to go to Hawaii, well, unless they don't like the perfect weather, gorgeous oceans, and beautiful plants. When I found out I was going to Hawaii for the first time, I almost died, figuratively speaking of course. When people say they almost die, it is almost immediately assumed that they are joking. Before going on my dream vacation, I could say that I was always being over dramatic when saying that, but in January of 2013, it all changed. Hawaii is basically my mom's dream come true, if she could, she would never leave the beach. Luckily for my Mom, my dad shares the same opinion. Which is why my parents have been there three times. Of course two of those, I did not have the pleasure of joining. I never realized how young I was until my older sister (who is only two years older) was shoving it in my face that she got to go and I didn't. In sixth grade, my parents finally decided that I finally could get in on the fun.
Everything about Hawaii was perfect. The resort was amazing, the people were all so nice, and best of all, I didn't have to do any chores! When I first got swim in the cutest little private lagoon, I thought, wow, can life get any better than this? The answer is yes. Yes it could. My parents have always been really strict. Mom prefers ¨The natural way,¨ which basically means we never got sugar, ever. When all my friends were out celebrating halloween, I was eating salad, because why celebrate a holiday that encouraged kids to eat sugar? All
Hawaii has always been a place with my fondest memories since I was very young but the last time I was there I experienced something that has changed my whole point of view on swimming in big waves. I have now gained a whole new respect for the ocean.
Hawaii is a place that people dream of going to at least once in their lives. There are so many exciting and entertaining excursions to experience such as surfing, snorkeling, zip lining, and many more. When my mother decided we were going to Hawaii, she intricately planned every detail. She created a vacation outline and read it to my dad and I, “On Sunday I signed us up for surfing lessons on the beach, On Monday we are going to snorkel and explore the different kinds of coral reefs and fish, On Tuesday we are going ziplining in Kualoa’s Jurassic Valley Zipline”. The list continued until our last day of vacation.
When i went Destin, Florida. I went to Florida this summer after school was out . We went with my sisters best friend, and my best friend’s family. We drove from Arkansas all the way to Destin, Florida. The day we got there we went straight to the beach! It was the first time I had ever seen the ocean! The following day we decided to go down to the smoothie shack and get a smoothie then swim in the pool. The grown ups went to the beach while we were at the pool.
Hawaii was definitely one of my favorite places to live. I definitely had the most fun living there. Our family would go to the beach often, and I had many great experiences with them. I remember it always being beautiful outside, and that memory has stuck with me
I have never been away from home for no more than a couple of weeks at most. Home, the light ocean breeze, warm sun, and the oh so ever green mountains always waited for my return. Up until a couple of years ago, I never imagined leaving my home in Hawaii.
The reason why I came to Hawaii is because I wanted to teach our religion. About God heaven and h*ll and how if you believe in him you can go to heaven. So right now the missionaries and myself are working on the hawaiian language. This is because, they do not have a written language. And once we made a language for them then we can teach them about the
The equation starts off with being born in Hawaii and moving to Japan at the age of one. Although I never got to experience living in Hawaii, it has always been an important part of my life because I went back every summer and winter to visit my grandparents and other close relatives. These trips, however, were more of a family reunion rather than a vacation because Hawaii has always felt like a second home. My favorite memory is spending every moment in Hawaii with my two cousins, Brandon and Jonny, who are close in age with me. They felt like my siblings, since I am an only child, and spending time with them was always a highlight of my trips.
In Hawaii there was a lot of fun things . i learned how to open a coconut and how samoan people lived and got food . i went to the pineapple plantation ceremony
Imagine being in Hawaii relaxing in Oahu, and the next thing you know, you're being attacked by the Japanese. What would you do? Where would you go?
I can just picture it now the sandy beaches, beautiful sky, and I gagging because the salt water that got in my mouth was disgusting. When I went to Hawaii I had the time of my life. There were just a few things that were annoying, but I spent all of it with my family and that’s what mattered.
Why I want to go to Hawaii. My grandmother was raised in Hawaii. My Grandmother loves to talk about Hawaii. She loves to show me pictures and shell she got from Hawaii. In 1952 she moved from Hawaii to America. Why I want to go to Hawaii is so I can walk on the beaches. Clime Hawaii’s big volcanos. I also want to go and eat some food from Hawaii.
In the year 1998 I was sent to Hawaii to serve three years Naval duty at the Makalapa base about two mile south of Naval Station Pearl Harbor. During my three-year stay there were many adventures, from swimming with sea animals to travelling to remote Island, but one weekly adventure always replays spectacular scenery to mind. Too earn extra cash I had a part time as a lifeguard and on Saturday morning I would always ride my bike from Ewa Beach to Pearl Harbor swimming pool.
Sunshine. Endless amounts of fun. Water. It was about that time again, summer! My favorite season, no school and my birthday was in it. This summer was especially great, my dad was coming home he was in the military and I hadn't seen him in eight months. It was about a regular summer day with my family, when my parents thought of heading down to the beach. I was thrilled this beach was one of my favorite places to go in the summer. It was not only just a beach but, it also had a large park with big blue swings, a tennis court, and large grass area for people to have picnics. And were the beach and the park split of there were tall ginormous rocks so people could watch the boats and ocean. I was so excited and on top of that my mom told me that
If you're planning a trip to Maui, Hawaii then you should consider finding a great Maui Bed and Breakfast to stay in. That Maui Bed and Breakfast will have great accommodations, like a garden and historic room, but with a more personal feel than a hotel.
I am fortunate to visit my beloved Maui every year and get to spend a full glorious week in Napili Bay. While watching my final sunset every year I ask for a sign to let me know that the peace, harmony, and serenity of spirit that I feel while in my Hawaiian paradise will remain with me throughout the year after I return home. A sign that will tell me that I am taken care of and everything will be okay. Once was I greeted the following morning, just a few hours before leaving for the airport, with the most spectacular rainbow I have ever seen. Its magnificence was not only in the beauty of it, but in how long it lasted, which must have been well over 30 minutes! Another time I was swimming in the ocean on my final morning and a sea turtle
