My Experience With Arthrex

On July15, 2016 Douglas Runnion completed his high school education at the Abraxas center. Since his last court appearance Douglas has made little to no progress in treatment. Douglas continues to remain steady in his consistent negative behaviors. Therefore, the Abraxas treatment team is asking that Douglas be discharged from the program. Abraxas recommends that Douglas continues to be afforded extensive sex offender specific treatment, family therapy, and anger management.

Brittany is a 22yo, G5 P3013, who is currently 32 weeks 5 days. She is followed in the High Risk Obstetrical Clinic secondary to a history of Subutex use. Notably, she has had appropriate growth but at her last scan 4 weeks ago the amniotic fluid was low-normal at 8.2 cm. She is attempting to wean her Subutex and is doing quite well. She has had some decreased fetal movement recently, although she is able to obtain movement counts. She also complained of some possible leaking. She has not had any large gushes but has noticed that she needs to wear a pad throughout the day due to potential leaking.

The patient needs to be informed that the presence of antacids in the stomach reduces the efficacy of tetracycycline. This might be the reason why his condition is not improving. The patient needs to be advised that for peptic ulcer antacids should be taken atleast 2 hours apart from other medication usually 1 and 3 hours after meals and at bedtime for 4-6 weeks (Saunders, 2017).

My initial plan was to go back to school, because my boss at work is planning on retiring. I would like to take her position, within the next five years. I am currently a patient access representative or more commonly known as a registration clerk for St. Vincent Mercy Hospital. I am not one hundred percent sure that I want to pursue this now, our department was just outsourced. After hearing all of my bosses concerns, it makes me question if I want to stay here at all. My last day is the 16th of July as a St. Vincent employee. A company named R1, which was formally called Accretive Health, is our new employer and will be taking over patient access associates on July 17, 2017. I was most motivated at Bellsouth because of the growth opportunity and the awesome pay scale. This was the first employer that honored my Communication degree with an increase in my starting salary. I came into that job excited. They provided us with three months of hard training and then the coaches chose their reps. I was selected by Romain Lockett. He was a young black man and very smart too. It was 18 people on his team and all of us made over 50,000 our first year. Bellsouth was a family base company and we were covered by the union. It taught me a lot as a young woman about money, hard work and being a true team player.

To begin with, I have only had three jobs. I worked for Wyckoff Hybrids of Valparaiso, Hilton Garden Inn of Chesterton, and the Life Care Center of Michigan City. I would say that each of these job experiences have helped me grow and learn. The longest job I had was working for the Hilton Garden Inn for seven years. There were many reasons why I stayed at this organization and one would be how well the management worked with all the employees. My manager took her job seriously and would not hesitate to help out when it was needed. She displayed a great example of what good management should be like. On the other hand working for a hotel has its perks which would be getting discounts for hotel rooms, meeting famous people that would perform

Second the job I had was very fun. When I arrived at work I had a positive attitude to work get it done at a fast pace so I can get more work done. I learned a lot about freeways, how they operate, car accidents, traffic, and assisting the freeway workers during car crashes. Another thing was fun was I had my own office. At times I would listen to all types of music like Rap, and R&B, I would do research on video games, and play online shooting games after all my work was done. The next thing that was fun was I had great coworkers. They was great because they was all ways supportive. Everyone was positive, open minded, and everyone was older then I. there wasn’t a day where I would go to work and get any complaints or get myself into any drama. Before the summer was over I was told when I turn eighteen years of age I can get another full time job, or an internship. Working for the same company since I was 16 is an accomplishment for a lot of people. I started working at Outback Steakhouse in Durham, NC and transferred to the one in Greenville, NC when I started college. I have worked my way up by following Outback’s’ standards and being a valued contributor to the company. I was given the opportunity to train a whole new staff for a new Outback opening in Concord, NC for 2 weeks. I was very proud of that accomplishment and knowing that upper management saw something in me.
