My Favorite Vacation Destination

My favorite vacation spot is the gorgeous island of St. Thomas, located in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I have been there ten times and every time has affected my senses in different ways. Behind me, I hear the loud sound of the locals chopping up coconuts with huge, terrifying machetes ready to sell to the tourists. The resort we stay at has a perfect view of the ocean where the cruise ships port. Each year, a few nights out of the week cruise ships leave the port and we always like to go out on our balcony and listen to the captain blare the powerful horn letting people know that the ship is leaving soon. Once I am back home, I miss
