Fear is an emotion all people encounter with throughout their life. However, there are a large variety of types of fear, and the method on which to handle it. My Fear, a poem written by Lawrence Raab, personifies fear to be a person, the reason for his living is to distress others.
Fear is like a stalker, “He follows us, he keeps track” of the fears the beholder has. Through life, there are difficult obstacles and events that occur, inducing a new fear it a person. For example, usually people hold little fear of driving, but perhaps the next day they shake from the idea of driving because of a fatal car accident.
Fear fuels nightmares. “Tell me, Mr. Fear,/ what must I carry/ away from your dream”, reminds me of dreams that I have myself. Waking
