My First Baby

Being a mother is absolutely amazing but in the same time scary. I remember when me and my husband went into the doctor 's office and the nurse said those three words “ you are pregnant”, I started to cry and I looked to my husband he had tears in his eyes. We were very excited to know that we were going to become parents. That moment scared me because this was my first pregnancy and I heard how hard the birth process is. Furthermore, I knew that my whole life would change, my whole way of thinking and my priorities.

The pregnancy was hard for me I could not do some of the things I could before. I constantly had heartburn during the whole pregnancy and every time I ate anything, I immediately starting vomiting. I was always tired and I couldn’t walk or go to my job. The last trimester of my pregnancy it was the hardest one because I couldn’t sleep comfortably and on some nights I had to sleep on a chair. All this suffering continued until the day my baby was born.

On the morning of April twentieth at six am, I started to have pains. I was not sure that it was labor pains, because I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I woke up my husband and I told him your baby coming. After half an hour the labor pains become worse and I could not stand and I could not walk, so my husband…
