And it Is something I really want. I know it is not easy but I don’t want it to be easy. If it was easy then everybody would be doing it. Because I want to grow myself at TET. I want to challenge myself at TET. I want to found my true self at TET that internal potential within me. I have some ides in my mind but I need only the right one. And how can you know that you have the write key, you try. It is the same logic with business that I follow. I don’t have a clear idea but I have the clear vision for myself that I am going to be a leader in the future. I would describe my self as workaholic, persistent, energetic. As Thomas Edison said: Our greatest weakness lies in giving up the most certain way to succeed is to always try one more time. I believe that the nature of the failure is not to tell us who we are, is to tell us the way that didn’t work. It’s to educate us. It’s a test to find out if we believe in ourselves enough to push forward even when the world seems to be telling us not to. This is the motivation I liked to share with you that I found powerful when the things are not working. The thing I like to do with my time is read, watch TED talks, interviews, documentaries, playing chess, solving rubic’s cube. The thing that I appreciate the most from myself is that I am obsessed. I see the thing I want not the things that prevent me form I want and I really like to challenge myself. When I was prep to take a scholarship at MAK that end up being successful 70% scholarship I learn something very important. I stated believing
create positive lifelong connections with other people who come from different backgrounds than mine. I am passionate to learn and serve and I look forward to being integrated into a culture different from mine, learn with and from the members of different communities about the issues and problems they face and how these can be improved by working alongside each other. This will be achieved by identifying a collective goal and progressively working to reach it at full
There are various styles that create a strong leader. However, I believe that the best ideal way to lead, is by showing love. You can be motivational and you can be diligent, nevertheless if it accomplished without love it is done in vain.
When I think of a leader I look back on how many people in my life that have helped me to get where I am today. My parents are authority figures in the sense that they are the ones that showed me right from wrong. There are the administrators that helped me along my way with school and completing all of the work that I needed to in order to make my way in this long road called life. Finally there are the instructors that have shown me the ways on how to become a leader myself. When I think of the word leader I do not think of myself right away, but now that I have taken on different roles in my life I have realized that maybe just maybe that I could become my own leader.
For you to turn failure into success, and permanently lose weight, you must change your behavior. Your actions are influenced by your feelings, thoughts, and emotions. All of these things are controlled by your subconscious mind. In order to change your behavior, lose weight and change your life, you must achieve subconscious mind control and make a permanent change in your subconscious mind.
I was to learn how to work with people and also become a leader, a characteristic I lacked in and desperately needed to improve on. I was far too shy and quiet and I needed to come out of my comfort zone. This was my chance. I promised myself that I would complete it.
My definition of leadership is leading by example. Setting the pace and guiding from the front. Keeping your hand on the pulse of your people with open lines of communication and clear expectations. Ensuring all needs are met from the office paperwork, work space, and the family dynamic. Wherein you create an environment for success as your people are trained, equipped, and motivated to perform at their very best. Leadership influences during my career are good as BMCM Steve Hearn embodied all that is required of a leader. Steve was authentic and personable. He allowed people to get close and yet pushed them to be their best as he would speak to your strengths and weakness. His skills were unmatched yet he gave me a sense of purpose, buy in and belonging. Steve applied patience to help me get the basics of a specialty area that has made me very successful.
Growing up, I realize the important leadership roles that should be recognized in every day life. Leadership is an important part of one's self character because when someone sees you as a leader they tend to grow more onto you so they can be like you. Part of this statement fits a powerful quote i've always lived by while being around others. "It is the men behind who make the man ahead," this quote by Merle Crowell, fits the man I've molded into, simply because I have realized in numerous ways on how my actions can impact other people's actions. My parents always raised me to believe that what you put in is what you get out. So of course, I believe that if I make the decisions to be a follower of the wrong path, then wrong will follow me as well. Instead, I choose to take the golden path and promote a better outcome for my future and hopefully other's also. Sticking to the routine of a leader builds you into an even better leader. Being a better leader, makes me a better man each day that I choose this route as the leader of my path.
It is with these basic assumptions and goals that I will immerse myself in this exercise with. I will search to gain valuable insight of who I truly am. I will define my strength, my enabler, and my blockers. I will use all the data available to create a best self-portrait and to identify key trends in my personality and characteristics. My importantly, I will delve into the roots of my behaviors and actions to learn who I am as a leader, as a worker, as a sibling, as a son, as a friend, and as a person in general. With all this insight combined I will be able to effectively orient myself towards the future and be the type of leader and man that I dream of being, with the help of my strengths.
Among society, there is a common longing for success. Success, however it is defined, is only achieved through leadership in some form. Whether a person becomes a public leader in his church, in his country, or simply a leader in his own life, it takes a leader to put in the effort to achieve one's hopes and dreams of success. Leadership allows a person to acquire the means necessary to meet a personal goal and ultimately reach this idea of success. Utilizing leadership skills is how I will achieve my goal of becoming a surgeon.
"The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help them or concluded that you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership." General Colin Powell
My goal is to learn, acquire, and maintain the knowledge that will allow me to be a leader, and also be competitive in my chosen field.
Constant improvement is a key factor that empowers me. No matter what I am doing, I always look to improve at it. I enjoy the process of identifying mistakes and correcting them so I don't make them again. The process can be frustrating at certain times. However, I find it very satisfying and rewarding when I see the results. Additionally, after I see the results, I want to dig even deeper and start correcting the very minuscule errors. The idea of constant improvement allows me to improve my abilities in every task that I do.
mindset of things, but I aim, I resolve, to eventually understand it in more depth. With goals
My goal was to transform my belief from limiting to supporting in order to succeed in my studies. The elements that would bring me there and increase my self-efficacy were: increasing my level of positivity and lowering my stress level.
Within us all is a desire to achieve. The need exists to show, to ourselves and to others, that we are capable in some area; that we are able to perform difficult tasks, acquire knowledge that no one else knows, run faster, jump higher, and live up to some perceived potential unique to us as individuals.
