I would like to start my essay with the reason I want part of TET. Leadership. Vision. Experience. TET is the opportunity I’ve been waiting my whole life. I didn’t sleep at all last night thinking about TET and I am going to give all I have to you. I know I can do it because I feel it. I have the passion. I have the dedication. And it Is something I really want. I know it is not easy but I don’t want it to be easy. If it was easy then everybody would be doing it. Because I want to grow myself at TET. I want to challenge myself at TET. I want to found my true self at TET that internal potential within me. I have some ides in my mind but I need only the right one. And how can you know that you have the write key, you try. It is the same logic with business that I follow. I don’t have a clear idea but I have the clear vision for myself that I am going to be a leader in the future. I would describe my self as workaholic, persistent, energetic. As Thomas Edison said: Our greatest weakness lies in giving up the most certain way to succeed is to always try one more time. I believe that the nature of the failure is not to tell us who we are, is to tell us the way that didn’t work. It’s to educate us. It’s a test to find out if we believe in ourselves enough to push forward even when the world seems to be telling us not to. This is the motivation I liked to share with you that I found powerful when the things are not working. The thing I like to do with my time is read, watch TED talks, interviews, documentaries, playing chess, solving rubic’s cube. The thing that I appreciate the most from myself is that I am obsessed. I see the thing I want not the things that prevent me form I want and I really like to challenge myself.
