One of my major accomplishments in life is having perfect attendance since the fifth grade. I consider this an accomplishment because it takes a lot of commitment and effort to not miss a day of school for eight years. Also before I lived with my aunt in North Carolina I hardly ever went to school. I was always given the option to just lay out when I lived with my father, but my aunt gave me discipline which I desperately needed. It is important to always be at school because it shows that you are willing to commit.
Another major accomplishment in my life is having straight A’s. This is an accomplishment because before I lived with my aunt I never cared about my grades. It takes much time and effort to achieve straight A’s. I realized that having good grades in school is very vital. Your grades determine what college you attend. If you do not have good grades then you will not be accepted into a college that is praised highly of. Colleges do not want someone who is not going to try. Grades show how well you will pay attention as well as if you will succeed or not. If you do not have high grades in school then it might show someone that you do not care and you will not likely succeed. Ultimately your grades in school

I consider this an accomplishment because ending this relationship helped me to avoid bad situations. Before I ended the toxic relationship my self esteem was considerably low. My “friend” was constantly doing and saying things that would make me feel like I was fat and ugly. This “friend” would convince me to do things, that would cause me to get in trouble because I would always be the one to take the fall. She would also talk ill about me to other people, spread rumours that were not true, and never took up for me. So ending the toxic relationship was an accomplishment because I no longer have to feel bad about myself or get into
Achieving a high school diploma is extremely important to me. With a high school diploma I can go to college and after wards get a really good job, I can’t be as successful in life as I want to be without my diploma. I wouldn’t be able to make as much as money as I want to or travel the world without any education. I cannot be a independent woman like I always wanted to be So that’s why I have to work really hard to get my high school diploma so I can go far in life This will also set a good example for my younger brothers and sisters, I am the oldest in my family yes I won’t be the first to get my diploma my little sister actually got hers before me threw pen foster and I am following her steps cause I also want to do big things with my life.
I was a C average student in Jr. High. That's why I set a goal for myself the last day of my middle school career--”get straight A’s in high school”. At the time it seemed more like a “set your goals higher than you think you can accomplish” kind of task. It wasn't something that I truthfully felt I could obtain. Little did I know, I was greatly doubting my abilities as a student. Every hour of homework quickly paid off. When I received my first report card, my mother had the brightest look of pride in her smile. She was relieved that I was able to break the family habit of slacking off in high school. Many family members before me have succumbed to a life of just getting by. I chose to deviate from that philosophy, then, and now. They call
What are your other commitments? If accepted, how do you plan to balance these with Willow?
My answer to the question, what will be regarded as my major accomplishments is, that I have been earning A’s in all classes in school for as long as I can remember. Good grades are something to take pride in. I feel like my accomplishments are something to be proud of. I say this because A’s don’t come easy. So in the end when I look back and think about what I have achieved I think about how different people might think about me. In addition in my previous travel season of softball (around 75 games), I had one strikeout. That is a pretty challenging and amazing feat to pull off, and I was very excited at the end of the season when I found that out. My coaches and teammates respect me more now.
My accomplishments would include my high school diploma, college degree, my work accomplishments, and personal accomplishments. I’m the first in my family to receive a college degree and that alone is a great accomplishment for me. I have been fully employed since the age of sixteen and have worked in many different types of jobs while attending school. I received the title of training manager at my first job, and was in charge of training the new employees. I worked at Herman Miller for a short period of time as a temp and had better quality control and more quantity produced then prior workers. I have excelled at every job I have ever taken. I currently work in a position with only the boss and I. I’m highly trusted by my boss and have ran
Our team practice everyday for 2 hours and our record was 23-1. We were the first team ever to win in our age division to ever win for St.Mary’s. We had a hard time in the beginning of the season. One of our best players injured her knee. She was running towards the loose ball and her knee twisted. She was out for the rest of the season. Looking back on it made me better because I learned how hard you to to practice or try to achieve your goal.
My greatest accomplishment as a leader would be leading younger kids in the right direction. I get the privilege every Sunday to serve in Lifekids and lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. The joy and excitement I get out of seeing these kids grow, learn and love one another is priceless.
A time in my life when I attempted to fulfill my dreams or reach a goal was when I tried to achieve getting straight A’s. It all started when I started to want to go play college baseball. I set this goal because I know that I need to get superb grades to get a scholarship for college. Getting excellent grades will help me get into a good college. Achieving this goal was essential, and I was able to accomplish this goal by listening. Listening to the teacher makes getting perfect grades very simple. When I eventually got my 4.0 GPA, it made me feel extremely thrilled. Striving for this goal taught me that I will not ever give up on my goals. Having good grades is important if I want to get into a good college. If I can maintain
I'm passionate about a few things in life, but primarily in helping small businesses become successful. Several years into my career, I discovered that I am a magnate for solving problems with a strong obsession for consistently striving for perfection, which works well for the companies and the people I assist.
What's mine is yours. Having lived a year in a student hostel I understood this phrase was the best to describe my first year student life. We shared everything: all of bright spots, all of difficult moments, all of the books and all of the cakes. My roommates are my best friends now and I trust them as I would myself. I believe amazing adventures and close friendship are waiting for us too! Also I believe, my dear roommate, you’ll get at least one new hobby living with me. I promise I’ll share to you with my frenzy for mountains. Oh, that’s really amazing! I’m a participant of the university tourist all around team(sports tourism university team member) and every weekend we get to go to incredibly picturesque places of Zailiyskiy Alatau.
In my high school years, my attendance is great all throughout. I got an attendance award every four years of high school and I’m proud of that. I went to school every day to not
What defines an accomplishment? Is it the worth of it in monetary, emotional, or personal standards? Personally a great accomplishment of mine was self-improvement in both body and mind. I had a problem with my weight and mental stability. I am diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety and I do not take any medication for it. Therefore I have learned over the years on how to control my anxiety and calm myself down. My weight gain began when I was in 4th grade, I started the habit of bingeing and it resulted in a troubled metabolic system. My greatest accomplishment has been my new lifestyle that has mitigated my physical and mental problems through health routines, training, and reading.
I have had a lot of good accomplishments in my life but this one really sticks out to me. Last year I was a vocational student and I was in a program where I could get my CNA. I never really thought I was going to be able to do it because there was so much to do in the class and so much to learn in just one year. I remember my first day of clinical's and I was really nervous. Then it went by so fast and before I knew it was my last day of clinical's and learned so much in such a short period of time. Then it was test day and I had to put all the thing's I learned about being a CNA into this test and I didn't think I was going to pass it. We didn't know are scores for a week. Then they day came where we go to find out if we were a CNA and I passed.
Throughout my high school career I have been able to accomplish several of my personal goals. One of the goals that I accomplished was being on the honor roll every nine weeks throughout my four years of high school. With maintaining a spot on the honor roll, it has earned me a grade point average of a 3.214 out of a 4.0 scale. Another goal that I accomplished for myself was, being able to participate in school actives such as the varsity scholastic bowl team and the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America. This was an accomplishment for me because while I was participating in these organizations, I was also able to give back to my community and the people in it. The last accomplishment that I have achieved throughout my high school career, was being able to gain acceptance into the college of my dreams, that I will be attending in the fall of 2016.
Describe your most meaningful achievements and how they relate to your field of study and your future goal. I think that I have done a little bit to get ready for my future. I have two things in mind that I want to do. I want to be a nurse or a Cosmetologist. I have taken my CNA and that is going to take me one step closer to being a nurse. For cosmetology I have job shadowed many people and I think that it will help me see if I really want to do that for my future. I am still very undecided to where I want to go and what I want my future to be like that or not. This is a very hard decision because I’m scared that I’m not going to make the right one. Yet for some of the achievements that I have done is that I have watched many kids before and
