Writing an observation paper on myself is kind of difficult for me. I did learn a lot over this past five weeks in this course. The assessment test helped me out to understand what type of team member I am in the workplace and also with my group. The reef and heart transplant exercise was very thought provoking and you really have to take your time with understanding what you considered important with the surviving a ship wreak and also who would think it would be important as far as getting a heart transplant.
For the Team Player Assessment, my personality type is Amiable and I can see as that. I can also see myself as analytic. At my current job I am analytic pretty much all day. If a problem arises I have to find out what caused the problem and if it could have been avoided. I can see effective personal communication to enhance the communication between group members with email, discussion post and text. I think that our team does a great job with communicating and I also try my best to communicate with them as well.
I also did observation of team from my job and how we worked together to solve a problems. One observation was when my job brought out and merged another company

You seem to be content letting others take charge and make all the decisions. Although there's nothing wrong with taking a back seat every once in a while, letting others take control too often leaves you open to being taken advantage of. It is important that you assert yourself when necessary and realize that being in command of a situation won't make you a control freak. As long as you're willing to hear others out and be open to their opinions, there's nothing wrong with taking the lead sometimes. Remember that wielding power effectively requires the ability and willingness to take control when necessary. By working on your self-confidence and assertiveness, you'll be more at ease when taking control of a
Excellent research question. The participant can give a detailed account of her experience, moreover, the researcher will have the opportunity to observe the participants behavior due to the PTSD. The participants accounts and observation is part of the criteria for qualitative research.
I decided for my social observation the mall would be a good place to start. I came there on a Friday evening when there should be plenty of people to watch. I also sat in the Barnes and Noble café after that to observe. I expected to see a lot of people shopping and conversing. A few things did stand out to me within the few hours I was there. Some things I didn’t expect to see. We are expected to behave a certain way in public determined by our culture as to what is acceptable. Some people stay well within the lines while some might stray outside the norms but never too far typically. Usually the ones to travel to the extremes are adolescents and teenagers. This is what I observed.
There are three basic methods a researchers uses to conduct research. The first method is the observational method which is when behavior is closely observed. Now there are two different categories when it comes to the observational method- naturalistic observation and laboratory observation. When doing naturalistic observation the researcher views the participants in their natural environment. Now when doing laboratory observations the participants are viewed in a lab. Researchers have more control in a laboratory. Laboratory observations are more meaningful than those obtained with naturalistic observations. The second method is the case study method which involves an in-depth study of an individual or a group of individuals. When doing the case study method it allows the researchers to investigate a topic in way more detail than might be possible if they were trying to work with a large number of research participants. The last method that researchers use is the survey method. When using the survey method questions are administered through interviews or questionnaires. Case studies allow a researcher to investigate a topic in far more detail than might be possible if they were trying to deal with a large number of research participants.
Naturalistic observation is a research technique involving the observation of people or objects in their natural environments to gather data. When performing a naturalistic observation, it is key for the researcher to remain unavowed to the subject, or the result of the data could be skewed. When conducting a naturalistic observation to study the exercise times of young adult males versus older adult males, a good place to make observations would be at a gym, a popular hiking trail, or in a populated city (ex: downtown Washington, D.C.) where there are large sidewalks and plenty of room for foot traffic. Next, determine the variables. The measurable variables would be determined by witnessing a subject perform some sort of exercise, or any act that raises the heart rate above its natural rhythm on purpose at different times of day (ex: bike riding, running or jogging, roller blading, weight lifting, swimming, etc.). A record is kept regarding the execution of the variables, and after spending a viable amount of time collecting data from the subjects, the results of the study can be concluded. A possible result of the study could be that it is more common for older adult males to exercise early in the morning, while it is more common for younger adult males to exercise late in the evening.

Throughout my life, I have held a special place in my heart for large animals, especially elephants. They have inspired me by the way they care about their communities. Entire families of elephants comfort their young and have specialized burial rituals for those they loved. This kind of friendship and loving nature can only be found in a community inspired by their very own elephant. Tufts University has a beautiful history surrounding their mascot and I simply want to know more, fueled by my passion for research. Tufts offers a community of elephants that compare to no other.
This assessment shows its strength by the fact that I feel as though it matches with my life. The ideal habitats for N. kaiseri are water pools and waterfalls (). The pattern of habitat selection in N. kaiseri is characterized by high occurrence in sandy substrates. This is presumably due to high velocity of water at the inner parts of the stream channel (Sharifi and Assadian, 2004) Sharifi et al, 2008). Pools and streamlets where this species is found are covered with different algae. N. kaiseri feeds on most small invertebrates particularly insects and their larvae in nature habitat and can hunt its prey inside the water, outside the water, or on the surface of water Reyahi- Khoram et al, 2016). The common causes of death in reintroduction are related to human activity, diseases, aggressiveness from other individuals and starvation
When researchers select participants from several different parts of the population, they are selecting a
People change as they grow, in the way they look, the way they talk, and the way they act. This is no secret and has been going on since the beginning of time. Today, I was a substitute teacher for the art teacher at Wheatland R-II School, in Wheatland Missouri. The school is a little kindergarten through twelfth grade school, so the art teacher has various age groups throughout the day. I got to see first-hand today the differences in students’ behavior when they are in different age groups. The biggest classes were Art Appreciation, tenth grade students, Art One, eighth grade, and Elementary Art, third graders; I choose these three classes to study the behaviors of for a naturalistic observation.

Popular theories such as Myers Bridge personality type states that a high-performing team is comprised of both distinctly defined roles and a well-rounded collection of personality archetypes. Jasmine Pierce was also identified as a ENFJ Extravert (34%) Intuitive (3%) Feeling (28%) Judging (31%). ENFJ individual is expressed as extraverted feeling with introverted intuition. My practicum took place on September 7,2016 from nine thirty to ten thirty. The practicum took place at Impact Early College High School in Baytown. The class I observed was Ms. Nguyen’s class of juniors and seniors that contained twenty students, seven boys and thirteen girls. The class appeared to be alert and ready to learn. Since this was their second period class they already had enough time to shake off their fatigue. The subject was Pre-Calculous and the topic was operations of functions. Students entered the classroom in a calm manner and socialized until it was time to start class. The teacher instructed the students to take their seats and take five minutes to write their assignments into their academic calendar. The teacher went

For instance, I wrote about how I’ve improved on my overall organization in my writing. I actually plan out my papers now. I have tons of notes and ideas on a separate page. I get out all my thoughts on paper and then I can easily do an outline. For my observation/analysis paper I had a huge outline with tons of notes and a structure to assist me while I was writing it. It helped keep my ideas and my focus relevant and connecting in every paragraph. Outlining my paper and planning it out before hand makes it so much easier to write. I don’t bounce around with my ideas. They are all structured and organized how I’d like them to be. It helps everything flow.
